I am a high school U.S. History teacher in a public school. I have been fully aware of how the textbooks have been hijacked by left leaning textbook writers. I have always used the Reagan test to see if there was any bias in any new textbooks. I am also concerned how the curriculum does not emphasis the Founding Fathers and the incredible miracle that occurred in 1787. When I first read “The Five Thousand Year Leap” I was excited and motivated. The Founders got it right and we have been slowly pulling away from this miracle. Every American, every high school student, college student, and especially every elected official should read this book. The answer to our challenges is in the 28 principles outlined in this book.
