The main problem is we foolishly elect attorneys who know how to twist words and drive the bus into the shi**er while happily telling us “be happy don’t worry!”That’s while they make money hand over fist! Look at how many of those in power, from the WH down through congress, are millionaires on $174,000 a year!!Look at all the perks they get at our expense! You can’t run for a major office in this country unless you are rich! We need to impeach most of the idiots from Obama and Congress and put true Americans in their place.People who know what it’s like to scrape day to day to make ends meet.People who want our country back to a constitutional republic with very limited government! No freebies,if you don’t work for it you don’t get it!That of course excludes those that are disabled, etc.I went to college twice to advance myself, worked full-time,worked full-time and raised a family so those parasites who sit on their arse drawing government money can take some of my salary and government takes most of the rest! And jcs,I would take Reagan over Clit on or Mao bama anyday! Both very adept LIARS!!

The American people are making a mistake searching for the perfect politician. Like Glenn Beck says over and over again the founders of America knew the danger of such a search. America’s only salvation will be found in far we can limit the power of would-be kings and rulers. With every tiny little freedom and liberty you give up it sends a signal and those reading the message hear it loud and clear. You want to be ruled over…. you want a king to control your life. If you folks are waiting for another Ronald Reagan…. Don’t hold you breath.

I don’t think anyone is trying to blame the whole thing on Obama. But I think you are trying to completely excuse him and blame it all on Bush.

Fanny and Freddy – THE CRUX OF THE PROBLEM. The last two years of Bush, Democratic congress refused to reforom FAnny and freddie dispite THE FACT that bush called for reform of Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac 17 times in 2008 alone (not to mention MANY TIMES FOR MORE THAN A FEW YEARS BEFORE THAT) … Dems Ignored Warnings.

Who received the most kickbacks from Freddy/ Fanny? Obama.

Its not a republican or a democrat issue here, this is a progressive issue that spands both sides of the political aisle. If government stayed out of Fannie and Freddie’s affairs this might not have happend. Interferring in Fannie and Fredie’s day to day buisness has been going on well before the Bush years. We need to stop the blame game and start coming up with solutions to the expanding government. It wasn’t suppose to be like this, we truely need to be free with limited government.

  4. Our Great Republic says:

Simple Solution = Stop The Spending!!
When a bigger Government is created, more people become dependent on it!
    > Demand free tuition for college
    > Demand free healthcare
Where does it stop? I do not want to be like Europe!

Here’s what I get out of that: the national debt rose significantly under Reagan, we balanced the budget under Clinton, and the debt rose out of sight with Bush. Republican – Democrat – Republican. Seven years into Bush’s administration, having started a pointless war or two and deregulated the banks who were gambling in a high stakes, high risk game of poker with our money, cutting taxes to the rich and starting several unfunded programs, increasing the debt to unprecedented levels, the economy crashed – The Great Recession.

Economists all recommended that the US government infuse money into the economy to prevent a second depression under Bush. Bush bailed out the banks at a cost of a trillion dollars (which this video suggest is Obama’s debt). Under Obama, the recommendation were the same, although Obama spent far less than any expert recommended. And, after eight years of the economic negligence of Bush, the economy is starting to recover from the worst situation since the Great Depression. Blame the whole thing on Obama if you’d like, but history will judge differently.
