3/8: Tea Partiers Help Craft Utah Resolution

Utah State Sovreignty Resolution created in part by The Utah 9.12 States’ Rights Coalition is on its way to the governor’s office:
Sen. Howard Stephenson introduced the State Sovereignty and Tenth Amendment Resolution, SJR-6, on January 12th. It was created in the spring of 2009 by citizens for citizens. The Utah 9.12 States’ Rights Coalition, with the guidance of Larry Jensen (Utah Grassroots Alliance Coordinator), Chris Strause and many others, formed the message. After looking for someone to support it and present it Larry finally found Sen. Stephenson willing to tackle this critical resolution before it was the ‘popular’ thing to do.
I don’t think our Government works anymore.
I am still not convinced that a national ID card will be any different than a Drivers License or regular ID card. There will still be ways to get around it or abuse it on both sides. It scares me to let the Gov’t have that much power over me.
The new law being introduced Chuck Shumer D (NY) and Lindsey Graham R (SC) That would require every working American to have a National ID Card with your DNA on it, plus the national data-base store all the information. The reason for this law says the Government, Is to stop illegal immigrants from gaining employment in the United States. Heres my anwser to the problem with illegal immigrants. Fix the Boarder. Do not punish the citzizens of the U.S. for someone else breaking the law. a law like this very dangerous, and has to many potentials for government abuse. And it will not fix the problem. But heres the really intersting part. Bill O’Reilly from Fox News likes this law. Bill O’Reilly, over last two nights on his show, once with Lou Dobbs,and the other night with Dennis Miller. All three agreed that the National ID Card was a good idea. Is Bill O’Reilly a Progressive or a PINHEAD ? You make the call.
There will never be a National ID card. The left, the right and the middle would object to that, although for different reasons. That’s not going to happen. Spend your mental energy elsewhere, unless you have a conspiracy theory about Obama and World Government you’d like to advance for a couple of weeks.
Hey Bryan, It’s effects may be far ranging, voting, emergation, think of the govermental uses!!!! At this point ID card is a banade at best.
I am interested to see how some these new State Sovereignty Laws are going to work. There is a new Federal Law being introduced by Senators Chuck Shumer D and Lindsey Graham R for New National ID card for all U.S. Citizens. You will have to have this ID card to have a job.
