Over 35 groups, including various 912 groups, ban together to promote limited government in Oklahoma:
Three organizations have made great headway by working to bring responsible government back to Oklahoma. Oklahoma Conservative Political Action Committee (OCPAC), Oklahomans for Sovereignty and Free Enterprise (OK-SAFE), and Reclaiming Oklahoma for Christ are indeed making the influence of regular Oklahomans felt in the State House.

Sounds like Oklahoma is doing “The Right” thing. I’m from Texas and know the Oklahoma people. I’m not surprised by all this good news. Our Texas leadership sometimes disappoints me. Rick Perry is most likely going to be governor again. Between the Comedians and 9/11 Truthers what choice do we have. Most Texans like myself just ask two things of their politicians. Don’t do anything stupid and don’t screw up. Rick Perry has almost done both. He once tried to get school girls vaccinated by the force of executive order. But the people Texas said “Hell NO!!! That’s not happening”. Everyone in Texas is aware that Perry is a RINO and use to be a Democrat. So the eyes of Texas are upon him. The NAFTA road? It seems they’re just waiting for us to go back to sleep so they can start building it again.
What really disappoints me as a Texan is that Colorado has one the most vocal opponents of the ILLEGAL immigration in Tom Tancredo. Hell Colorado isn’t even on the border. Any politician that doesn’t take National Border enforcement seriously or seek to weaken America for the purpose of gaining power are close to being treasonous to America. Whether they know what they’re doing or not…. It is bordering on treason (no pun intended). I don’t blame many politicians for being ignorant of the true meaning of Freedom and Liberty as it was seen by the founders of America. But there are some who do know it’s meaning and despise it. Freedom and Liberty of the People stands in the way of wan-a-be rulers or dictators.
Some people believe when government forces a people to do small things that it doesn’t matter. Well I beg to differ…. I believe the smaller a thing government can FORCE a people to do the more significant and meaningful. If a people can be forced to do the small things then the big things are easy. Personally I’m not willing to send a single penny more to government for anything or any reason. Not until government proves it can be trusted with that penny. A penny may not seem like much until you realize your thought of as a fool for giving it or throwing it away. If government was responsible and trust worthy they wouldn’t need a single penny more from anyone. It’s my opinion that if you believe government doesn’t have enough of “The People’s” money… you are definitely a fool. “Any intelligent fool can make things bigger and more complex… It takes a touch of genius – and a lot of courage to move in the opposite direction” said Albert Einstein.
I have alot of friends and family in Texes, and they fell the same way you do about Gov. Perry.
