11/16: After Spending Binge, White House Says It Will Focus on Deficits

President Barack Obama plans to announce in next year’s State of the Union address that he wants to focus extensively on cutting the federal deficit in 2010 – and will downplay other new domestic spending beyond jobs programs, according to top aides involved in the planning.

The president’s plan, which the officials said was under discussion before this month’s Democratic election setbacks, represents both a practical and a political calculation by this White House.

This is the epitome of hypocrisy coming from the guy who is quadrupling our deficit and printing money faster than the presses can run. As if it wasn’t humiliating enough to have Ms. Hillary begging the Chinese to buy our debt, now we have the bowing Bamster himself in China begging for more. Can anyone blame the world for wanting to ditch the dollar after what his sect has done to our economy? The Chinese communists are now publicly lecturing us on how to run our once great capitalist economy. God help us…

This is a joke. He knows nothing about cutting deficits, just defense spending….

      That’s incorrect.

All defense spending for 2009 will total $925billion to 1.14 trillion.

The base spending is $515.4 billion and is an increase of 5.7%

If you can find any other true numbers to the contrary please let me know.

He did cut the spending to that fancy airplane, but were not fighting an enemy the requires that type of airplane.
      Seem pretty pragmatic to me.

Let me get this straight: you’re FOR continued spending to feeding the corrupt military industrial complex, yet against spending in ten years the same amount spent in one year to keep our population healthy.

Even though I’m not a big fan of war I can see how it’s necessary to protect us. It’s also necessary to protect us from disease.

How can Obama go from spending trillions of dollars to cutting the deficit? Its obvious he cant and I dont think many people will believe that. He is the president of debt and that is an image that will stick with him. Hopefully, denying it will give his critics more ammunition. Young people especially should be worried since they will be the ones left holding the bag. Unfortunately it will be a bag full of bills or inflated worthless currency. It sounds like Obama is in denial. I cant help but picture an addict saying I’ll quit tomorrow.

This “article” should be on the SyFy website. This is the largest piece of fiction since, Slick Willy “didn’t have sex with that woman.” Clown in Chief’s plan to reduce the deficit is to lost the war in Afghastan(sp) by not giving the generals the troops or equipment required to win the war. He will also decrease the deficit by destroying the CIA, after all, that’s the pupose of the “trials” in NY. He will also decrease the deficit by taxing the hard working Americans and giving the “money” received to those he id determined to keep on the plantation.
