11/5: Obama-Pelosi to Health Insurers: Shut Up or We’ll Shut You Down

President Obama, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, and their Democratic followers in Congress have a rather draconian message for the private sector: Speak now, and we’ll make you forever hold your peace.
Up until a few weeks ago, America’s health insurers were sheepishly on board with the Obama-Pelosi health care reform plan. Perhaps the industry feared that voicing any concern about the plan would unleash the ire of an increasingly rabid Democratic majority on Capitol Hill. As it turns out, the health insurers were right.
When your insurance premiums have doubled by 2018, remember who allowed it to happen. Medical bills are the leading cause of personal bankruptcy in this country. Every industry analyst says health care premiums will double in less than 10 years. Republicans and “tea-partiers” are riding to the rescue of the multi-billion dollar insurance industry, who will raise their rates, deny sick people coverage, and cancel the policies of costly clients. They will take every cent from us that the law will allow, and unlike almost every other industry, most people can’t “take their business elsewhere.”
The insurance industry will wreck the economy, and bankrupt millions if we let them.
But a black Democrat will have been defeated, and to some, it seems, that’s a fair trade.
Wait a second! If the government withdrew the exemption from anti-trust laws for insurance companies, they would have to compete with one another. That’s Capitalism. Since when is that a bad thing and how does that threaten First Amendment rights?
I think Someone should start a “Enemy of the American People” list of all members of congress who vote for the Pelosi health care bill. This should include the district which they represent, A current picture of that member, the physical address of their home in the district, the physical address of their home in the Washington, D.C. area. They are trying to hide from the American people –Lets shine some LIGHT on these People.
What purpose would that serve besides frightening them and their children?
Is it possible that by the 2010 election, these people will have more control over us than we can possible recover from. If they silence the media, the internet, control the economy, control our health care, and our right to speech, then all we will hear is what Obama wants us to and we will never be able to recover. These people are crazy and dangerous!
Possible yes, is it going to happen? I honestly don’t think so. People every day, are waking up to this madness in DC. We just have to keep the pressure on.

The same thing with this cap and trade crap. They just don’t care about the damaging effects it will have on our economy and country. Seems to me that there are are some in Washington who want nothing more than to ultimately destroy this great Nation.
