		<description>Let&#039;s face a few facts here...
This legislation will put this country in a world of hurt.
It will all but destroy an already failing economy.
Energy costs will soar, causing job losses to compensate for higher operating expenses.
The average hard-working American will struggle to pay to heat their homes, drive to work.
The retired who live on fixed incomes will be forced out of their homes, no longer being able to 
afford the rising energy costs (my retired parents are contemplating selling their home of 59+ years
because of rising energy costs and rising taxes now).

It seems that these politicians have no concern for the average citizen who is struggling to keep 
their home and remain employed (those who still are). They couldn&#039;t care less about the negative 
consequences it will have on us all.</description>
