11/3: A New Conservative Star Wrestles With the Spotlight

Fred Thompson sounded like he was about to choke up. The former Tennessee senator and current conservative radio host, one of the first national political figures to endorse Conservative Party candidate Doug Hoffman in New York’s 23rd Congressional District, was introducing his candidate at the final pre-election day rally on Monday night.

I think Hoffman is certainly on the right track. I am currently getting involved with a conservative candidate that will be attempting to unseat a WELL KNOWN supposed republican senator in 2010. And although there probably isn’t enough time to put together a winable campaign, I am excited as the incumbent has been there for YEARS. He has accomplished little, if anything, and yet his upcoming campaign pledges will be the same old crap. I don’t believe this incombent is looking out for anything but himself.

I am looking for any ideas that can be utilized to promote this Conservative candidate. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Jntyking@cox.net.

    Thank you!

Looks like all the big name endorsements (Palin, Rush, Beck) and money from outside the district didn’t translate into votes. Americans can think for themselves.

We must make sure to support great Americans like Thompson, Palin, Hoffman, and many others that show that they totally reject politicians like Reid,Pelosi,Murtha,Dodd and the list goes on it seems forever. Look in the dicitionary under the word corruption and there would be a group picture of the bunch. Vote the crud out ASAP!!! Huckabee/Palin for Prez and V-Prez!!

I watched Jeri and Fred Thompson on Hannity last night (Monday) and Doug Hoffman was with them. He would have my vote if I lived in NY 23rd district. I like that he appears to be a regular American that loves this country and still believes in the constitution and all our founding fathers stood for. I appreciate the Thompson’s, Palin and those that did jump behind Hoffman BEFORE the R candidate quit and threw her support behind the D’s (even though both the R & D actually stood for the same message). This goes to show that us tea party people are here to stay and be contended with. God help us to regain our great country! God bless America!
