    I believe this is the “Dr Fix” Bill that is intended to be the bribe for Doctors. Have not finished reading it yet but one document you need to know is 42 USC 1395w-4http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/42/usc_sec_42_00001395—w004-.html
