We all know what’s in the US Constitution, Bill of Rights & Declaration of Independence.
Now, we need to read our States Constitution, followed by Action on their Violations. Find what violations they have committed and start filing complaints.
Are the Corrupt Elite in D.C. guilty of:
18 U.S.C. § 371 : US Code – Section 371: Conspiracy to commit offense or to defraud United States
-If two or more persons conspire either to commit any offense against the United States, or to defraud the United States, or any agency thereof in any manner or for any purpose, and one or more of such persons do any act to effect the object of the conspiracy, each shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.
We Need to Take it State by State!!
Here’s what Pennsylvania’s Constitution says:
Political Powers Section 2.
All power is inherent in the people, and all free governments are founded on their authority and instituted for their peace, safety and happiness. For the advancement of these ends they have at all times an inalienable and indefeasible right to alter, reform or abolish their government in such manner as they may think proper.
FEC, for violations if the officials are not in compliance – Nothing is too small.
FCC, against the Networks (Lame Stream Media) (Fox exempt) for – disinformation, not providing the public with vital information and so on. Failure to report truth, significantly impacts our (citizens & the public) ability to evaluate such a wide spectrum from simple products to Government Policies.
We should not limit our complaints to just those State Representatives; we need to file complaints against those so-called groups that support the corruption and those in the Executive Branch.
How about some Ethics Complaints as the Cherries on Top!
Of course that is HR 3200, which is now being replaced by S.1796 (as I understand it). I haven’t read all of this bill yet (just started going through some of it), but we should really focus on the new bill they will be pushing, so as not to be caught off guard. I’m sure they changed some things, and if we argue over the old bill, then we are likely to be made to look stupid in the debates.
Sorry, for not mentioning it, but this video was made in late August which is why the bill’s content is outdated.
A.lthough the free market solution for resolving health care by removing the ban on interstate commerce for health insurance along with the outline of BRING HOME THE POLITICIANS will continue to be accurate and up to date.
