Beck: The government will make speeches and throw you a bone about cutting off funding or access here and there, but until Republicans and Democrats rise together and demand a full, independent, rigorous investigation that doesn’t concentrate just on the local level, but goes all the way to the top — to the power brokers at the highest levels of ACORN and in our own halls of Congress and administration — it will all be a sham.

Glenn Beck Rocks! Every Democrat I know is also following his show daily and we love him! The one thing I do know is that as a lifelong Dem, I saw the light before Obama was elected! I would never ever vote for any of these hate filled racist Far Left Loons!
What we need to determine now is which Congressmen/women received political donations from ACORN … looking back over the last 10 to 15 years. It would certainly be interesting to see where money provided to ACORN by congress was then funneled back to members of congress by ACORN as poltical donations. Now that would not be real nice.

I am just so glad that we have people like Glen Beck and the Fox News people to just stand up and do this.
Several years ago we needed help with our house as we were loosing it and I was told to get in touch with Acron which I did and the closest office for us was Miami. I got in touch with them and paid my money to become a member and then didn’t hear from anyone for at least 3 weeks. I called almost everyday and was finally told that they couldn’t help me because 1. We made to much money (hubby unemployed) 2. We weren’t Black (because Acorn is only for the low class, Black or Hispanic that left us out) I asked why didn’t they tell me that at the beinning answer they needed our money. We ended up loosing our house because there was no one there that could answer my question or wanted to answer them. 3. Had to go to the Miami office for classes on how to own a home (I had a home already and couldn’t get the help I was so needing.
I could just scream from the top of my lungs and say this you people need to get up and get out and see what is going on I am inbound most of the time but I see what is going on. The Pres. is getting out of hand on how he is running our country I feel like I am becoming a slave and I am way to old for that .

I read through the many comments made. I understand that people are angry and fearful. I am just surprised that so many are shocked by what has been reported on everything from a President who speaks out of the side of his mouth to an organization that is so bold in it’s illegal and immoral agenda. The corruption that spews from almost every level of government is sadly common. Having written all that, I believe that what you can do to stop it you should do. VOTE! It is the best and most powerful tool we have as the people to get rid of what we do not want. Until 2010, get out and talk with people. Beck is doing what he can do and he reaches an ever expanding audience. I applaud his time and devotion to exposing the dangers.

I called Rep Marsha Blackburns office today. Pleaded that I hope in this Bill is a FREEZE on all Bills till it can be sorted out if the people around the President are even constitutional to be advising him……

If we relocate US Reps & Sens to our state capitals and state Reps & Sens to our City Halls and Courthouses it will break up national media monopolies like ABC, NBC, etc. that can get away with ignoring major stories because the task of coverage will fall to local media outlets because US Congressmen will be easily accessible in the State Capitals and State Congress will be even easier to cover with their offices based throughout local communities.
This will create too many stations to control that will cause actual news to get out to the public on a steady basis.

Acorn is a corrupt organization – these are not isolated instances, crimes are carried across State Lines = RICO violations – Federal Fraud. What happened to the investigation Patrick Fitzgerald was conducting that involved ACORN in 10 States late last year? How deeply involved are Obama, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, David Axelrod, Eric Holder, Howard Dean, Donna Brazile, DNC leadership and so on.
Where the money goes, is where the corruption stems from. We need to find out exactly “who” Acorn & their 361 entities are funneling their money to (including moveon.org = Soros). We already know that almost One Million was donated to Obama’s campaign – how much was donated to his inauguration as well.
How much was donated to individuals in Congress, Senate, Governors and such.

The question for anyone in the MSM to answer seems to be: Is Acorn providing consistently corrupt answers as a result of Barry’s ‘Executive experience’ training we heard about in the dem primaries while in the Acorn org or is the White House corruption (Geitner’s tax errors, et al) a result of Acorn’s consistent message to their workers?

Does anyone know about the plan by a democratic rep from NY to use their numbers to ammend the 22 amendment, thereby allowing BHO more than two terms? Apparently he introduced it earlier this year. I believe they can then bring in a new bill making BHO president for life. Does anyone know if this is true?.
You are more than likely correct for distraction, lies and deceit is this administrations guiding principle. A full blown investigation needs to take place exposing everyone involved with ACORN and put in jail no matter what title they hold even if that includes the Attorney General himself for why else is he wasting taxpayer’s money opening preliminary investigations of post 9/11 interrogations. Perhaps the CIA should return the favor and open their review of Eric H. Holder Jr. and his connections, if any, to ACORN.
What frightens me the most of ACORN is this….they’ve been caught in 4 instances…..how much have they gotten away with and what have they done? We all know what they got away with as far as the President is concerned…but beyond that…..it’s frightening to consider.
With more people showing up at the Tea Party in Washington Saturday than at Obama’s inauguration….it’s quite clear that we’ve had enough in this country…..I can only pray that Americans….white, black, hispanic, Christian, Jewish, Muslim….ALL Americans grow the “perverbial balls” to fight the evil that’s infected our Congress and has made it’s way into the White House. I don’t think “We The People” understand that WE DO have the power to do this. Dear Glenn, I never was one to pay much attention to politics. You now have my undivided attention. Good Lord What a Mess. I’ve never seen this much Scandal and Chaos in our Government. Isolated incidents sure, but anymore it’s becoming a daily occurrence. It’s an embarrassment, to say the least. I have no doubt that you have “waken up” a lot of people, especially lately. I appreciate your efforts. You have taken a stand and “We the People” get it. The 9/12 gathering in Washington D.C. was incredible. Although I was unable to attend, the photos were proof of your unwavering dedication and patriotism. Although the MSM may not air what we as viewers see on your program, the message is still getting out there. There is strength in numbers.

How come in the past when anyone has tried to investigate Acorn its always dropped, “by power to be”. And NOW they are taking a closer look. Glenn, tonight you asked why the likes of Spector and Waxman have been investigating NFL and MLB but not ACORN. I’ve been backstage for that dog and pony show, and the answer is quite simple:
When Congressmen do real legislative work, and the only TV coverage they get is CSPAN. Investigate ACORN, and maybe they get a few soundbites on FoxNews while the MSM puts their heads in the sand. Subpoena professional sports stars, and they get 15 minutes of fame, not only on NBC, CBS, ABC, but on ESPN too, and their picture is on page 1 of the sports section instead of page 5 of the news section. Easy choice when you’re focused on winning over the average Joe swing voter.
Oh yes, and there’s real corruption behind these sports investigations too, but I’m not at liberty to divulge that. And the main reason is simply publicity.

Can anyone shed some light on the apparent fact that the date is something like 4 years off on James’ camera? Was the date just set wrong or did they do this investigation 4 years ago? In any case, a full investigation of ACORN is an absolute must – all the way to the top. We might be surprised how high that top is…..or maybe we wouldn’t.

Please explain how it is good use of our tax money to support an organization that has been charged with voter registration fraud. Please explain the recent videos indicating the support of ACORN personnel for prostitution and avoiding paying taxes. Please investigate all the charges against ACORN, including the millions owed in back taxes, on the web and rationally explain why we the people should support ACORN.

It seems like Glenn wouldn’t be sounding so “loud” if all the media were doing their jobs. He is right, as are the people that are doing what “journalism” is supposed to do… Help us understand what is going on in our country. I can’t help but wonder “if”—and “how many”—politicians will be BROUGHT DOWN by this continuing exposure of ACORN! We all KNEW that ACORN had committed “voter registration fraud”—that was SO EVIDENT during and after the 2008 campaign season—YET, the Democrats DID NOT want to “look into the matter”! Does “Tresa”, in this 4th video REALLY have an “IN” with Sen. Barbara Boxer? If not, WHY would she even state that, as she did? Pres. I have contacted both senators and the representative of Delaware. I have never been active in politics before and I completely agree with the stand against ACORN’s aiding and complicity in providing assistance in child prostitution. This goes far beyond politics, and if we sit by and do nothing about it then we are just as guilty as the corrupt organization willing to throw children into a world of slavery.
I certainly don’t feel comfortable at all with CORN getting more than a pittance of public funding. They have had 4 incidents of shady advice in teh last week. This is enough to question their fitness as a group to receive money. Given the incidents of fraudulent voting applications turned in I’d like to see the government do a thorough investigation of this group.
