Has anyone else been watching the news conference in Russia? I feel very scared at the outcome, particulary that it seems to be a little quick and a little pre-planned.

It gives me the feeling that all of this was completed ahead of time (pre-planned), and they were just smoking and joking in the back room waiting for the time to release it all to us.

Is BHO maybe a little to cozy with his Russsian counter part, what else do we not know about him

  2. mellie1 says:

So Obama is going to Russia to kiss Puntin's a$$? He needs to man up and act like a LEADER!

  3. sjgpa1 says:

For eight years Bush never got this permission!

MOSCOW (Reuters) – Russia will grant President Barack Obama permission next week to ship U.S. weapons supplies across its territory, or through its airspace, en route to Afghanistan, sources on both sides told Reuters on Saturday.
The transit deal will open up an important corridor for the United States as it steps up its Afghan war against Taliban insurgents by sending in more troops. Routes via Pakistan have come under attack by militants.
"The agreement will include the transit of all U.S. goods, including military ones (to Afghanistan)," a senior Kremlin source told Reuters.
Medvedev has repeatedly said he is ready to widen cooperation with U.S.-led coalition and NATO forces in Afghanistan, though Moscow has ruled out sending any of its own troops to fight.
Moscow has also granted NATO members Germany, France and Spain the right to use Russian territory to transit military cargos to Afghanistan.

  4. I am amazed at the continuing mantra "old and outdated", that Obama only offers "the way forward". I don't believe that he knows that the Russians are doing what they are doing for their own national reasons, at times in the vein of a Soviet state. To attempt to minimize Putin is naive idiocy. To assume that their interests are the same as ours is worse. Witness the events in Goergia late last summer, the attempts to shut our acces to Afghanistan via norhtern airbases, the missile shield, etc. He has nothing to teach them, and has almost nothing to offer that wouldn't make us structurally weaker.

  5. What do you think about Obama discussing the idea of bypassing the Senate's Constitutional role in treaty ratification because he cannot work out a new one with Russia as easily as he had hoped?

  6. KingdomNow says:

Obama: The Cold War is finally over and I am sorry the United States started that awful war… It is my duty to finally end the Cold War.

  7. rkapo7 says:

Nothing ever changes does Obama believe all the USA propaganda of the past also?
Did the USA think the end of the Cold War meant Russia had to agree with everything the USA said or wanted.
Thank God the rest of the world does not do that. Just imagine how many wars we would have going and the financial state the World would be in now. Since the end of WW2 the USA has got about 90% regarding World Politics wrong and how much dometically? I will let USA citizens decide that.

  8. detestObama says:

We should remind Obama that he is supposed to be our president, not one of the radical country leaders that he wants to chum around with instead! Actually, I'm not sure he is our president, because he will not submit a valid long form Birth Certificate that would have been Issued in Hawaii, If in fact he was born there!
The form he submitted to the press is not a valid Certificate, it is one that Hawaii writes to people that weren't actually born in that state!

  9. TaxiDude says:

I sure do hope that Putin is able to convince the President Of The United States that Communism does not work.

  10. PeterPdeC says:

Knowing Obama and his administration, they will apologize to Putin for being a better country.

  11. kenoshax says:

I'm sure Putin is shaking in his (official KGB issued ) boots. Obama thinks the cold war is history, just goes to show you what this administration knows about history…Putin on the other hand understands history and has repeatedly warned us not to follow in their foot steps….how sad is it that the former head of the KGB has more credibility than the president of the united states….

  12. Jerseygal says:

We hear about those BRIC countries (Brazil, Russia, India, China). How about a new acronym – gov't is so fond of them – CO0C leaders (Chavez, Ortega, 0bama,Castro).

  13. mwb1951 says:

I agree, Old Marine. I understand that the president is in touch with HIS idea of America but completely out of touch with what REAL Amercians want.

    • OldMarine says:

He is out of touch with Real Americans, but very much in touch with the special group of Americans, that believe that America owes them something. Not that they may have to earn it, they believe that the government should give it to them.

  14. Just read the summary on Amazon, sounds like a modernized 1984…the summary is enough to scare the pants off the blindest of people but I didn't realize we were THAT far off.

I'm sick of playing these games trying to make people see and getting crap in return for just thinking of the alternative…and I never assumed that ypu read from clay tablets :)

    • OldMarine says:

If you get a chance read Brave New World, there is alot in there that paralles what is happening here now. I know you didn't think I read tablets, it was a little humor about me.

  15. hockeydadfla says:

Don't for get our "friends" in China. Economically they are rapidly becoming one of the largest treats to this nation. Of course if BHO was a true leader this wouldn't be happening. He is what he is. He told all of us exactly what he was going to do, at least those of us who were listening.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xxDwBYjL3Fc

    Happy Independence Day!!!!

    God Bless

    • OldMarine says:

Problem is BH0 is not a leader.

    • Zymogene says:

The same "friends" who are shoving us under the bus, like India and all? I always laugh when we talk about un-fairness across the globe and how if one group or another gets into power, they will be SOOO DIFFERENT……and they become exactly the same thing they hate, when they are rulers of the club.

  16. Coffee_hound says:

Obama Carter is really just over there getting advice on how to create "Shovel Ready" jobs in Amerika without making it look like a Gulag.

  17. hockeydadfla says:

This American President will NOT show any type of leadership in dealing with the Russians. In fact he will once again blame OUR country for the problems that face the world and he will get NOTHING from the Russians in exchange for his castigation of the American people. The arrogance of this man will again shine through and reports of his failure will be greatly diminished.

"He who has never learned to obey cannot be a good commander." Aristotle

    This is BHO's greatest shortcoming.

  18. triper57 says:

I guess that B_O thinks that Putin is starting it up again. That's what I think is happening any way.

  19. Barb66 says:

Helen Thomas may be the one to stand up to BHO. She really speaks her mind and doesn't take any bullshit. I am really pround of her gumption. She may call him on the carpet more often. She is really mad at BHO. Help comes in all packages and I was really surprised at this package. Go helen Go!!

  20. Tim says:

If the U.S is becoming a Communist/Fascist society, then "By Force" our decisions and Sacrifice will be decided for us. That does not win over hearts and minds! And, innovation and inspiration will be wiped out, lowering the benefit foreign governments receive from ours. Making the likelihood of international conflict more conceivable.

  21. Tim says:

    And evermore frightening:
Benevolence is key to winning foreign hearts and minds, and the main factor about the U.S's approach to winning over foreign countrys' people's support was our Freedom and Liberty to have the time and money, but mostly time designated by our own choosing to show we care about their society. For foreign peoples to know Americans cared and that by our own choosing, we sacrificed ourselves, in itself was more leverage to sway hearts than any forced service could ever manifest.

  22. Tim says:

The cold war is over? Wasn't it over a decade and a half ago? If it is getting stated again….who won? Was it Capitalism? Or looking at the recent things going on, was it Communism or Fascism? Did Russia win?

  23. Miami_Bob says:

Putin knows Obama is a lollypop and he will be tested every inch along the way..

  24. mwb1951 says:

Putin is former KGB. He has both feet in the old way of doing things. DUH! A naive, apologetic US President is going to crack Putin up! Just one more world leader getting a good laugh — at our expense. SHEESH! Where's the Advil?

  25. Gregory says:

    Did Obama apologize for winning?

  26. mad_as_h says:

Admitting that we won the cold war would give Regan credit for something good. Obama cannot do that.

  27. Dear Mr. President,

You were quoted as saying that “With joblessness rising, you are "deeply concerned" that too many families are worried about "whether they will be next." But the truth is that these numbers fit right in with your agenda to make miserable and desperate as many people as possible so that you can, then, step up to throw your socialist lifeline to the masses and become the savior. There is no other way to explain your actions, appointees (czars) and policies. It better be soon, Mr. Obama, because the people and, finally, the press are wising up. The time to blame President Bush has passed. The ball is in your court and, in this game; you have no more free throws.

    Sincerely,
    Sickandtired

    • dominke says:

Obama needs to exit the white house and never return, any suggestions?

      • Yes, but it's probably too much to ask. I suggest that all schools cease and desist with their socialist indoctrination and get back to teaching the true history of our country .. among other things. Meanwhile, those who are still under the BHO "Change" spell need to run through the cold water of the sprinkler tomorrow, wave our flag as they watch their local Independence Day parade go by, consume a grilled hot dog and see some fireworks .. hopefully with someone who can explain WHY they are having so much fun.

    • How about this, Obama asks Putin to tell him what happened to the real czars. For those who don't know teh were taken out in the woods by the Communists and shot dead. Maybe this will get Obama to stop the unconstitutional apointing of these people. Some days I wish it just would stop, even for a day.

    • Awesome! So true!

    • MikeinIdaho says:

Hear, Hear!! It's all about POWER and CONTROL!

  28. Dear Mr. President,

You were quoted as saying that “With joblessness rising, you are "deeply concerned" that too many families are worried about "whether they will be next." 29. detestObama says:

I'll be darned, I didn't think Obama knew that. Maybe he is thinking about the next HOT war coming to a region near you!

    • bawnyfwank says:

      yea. Hot!
Speaking of hot we need some global warming here in northern Indiana. It's July and only 65 degrees out.
It's never been this cold here this time of year.

      • detestObama says:

bawny: Here in Northern Oregon, it was 91 degrees yesturday. Maybe you can have 10 degrees to bolster your weather. I was raking yesturday, and it was plain too hot! Boy, we have been having nice weather the last month or more, and I see all the rain coming down on the east coast?

  30. OldMarine says:

BH0 is going to Russia and Putin is going to eat him for lunch. Remember, and I mentioned this before, Putin is KGB, with all the training of the old Soviet Union. Remember it was Russia that helped Iran in its nuke ambitions. Remember it is Russia that blocks U.N. resolutions comdemning those surpressing freedom. Remember Russia has changed the way we deal deal with N. Korea. Putin knows that BH0 is naive ay best, inexperience at worst. Putin saw BH0's lack of reaction to the demenostrations in Iran, for those who wanted a fair election, and the quick reaction over Hondorus. He knows that BH0 doesn't have the will to defend America's allies because BH0 is more concern about his "world" image then in defending the up and coming democracies. Basically, America and our allies are screwed

    • mwb1951 says:

I have this mental image of Putin and his cronies sitting around drinking good liquor, smoking cigars and having a great laugh over Obama. It's embarrassing to think we Americans have become a laughing stock because our President is so …. out of touch. The only way I can put it without using curse words.

    • Jackjr60 says:

OldMarine you summed that up vey well. I believe Putin views the U.S.A. pretty much like his ancestors viewed Nazi Germany. We are to him a large empire that needs to be defeated. He will never change that viewpoint. I to this day believe Russia is still our greatest enemy. Like Stalin I think Putin would without a second thought send millions of his own troops to their deaths to defeat the U.S.A. Putin can and will easily chew up and spit out ole Barry Boy Obama.

    • Docadams says:

Obama is going to Russia to get insider information to help him in his quest to transform this Country into a socialist nightmare.

Why are Americans not shutting down government and demanding that this traitor be impeached???

    • theGhost24 says:

Well my opinion is that BHO is getting advice from Puttin on how to bring more socialism/communism to America.

    • Zymogene says:

I honestly don't know what to think. We learn from our mistakes. I don't know if he (Putin) really sees the problem or is he like the criminal who has tried to re-think the angle this time, so you aren't caught? I kind of look at Putin as the parent and Obama as the kid, trying to play the same game, but with generations of experience to get in the way. Obamas arrogance is what kills me. It's like he just invented this stuff, and Putins, going…..been there done that. For what that means I don't know. I happen to like Putin, from my limited knowledge of him……but lets see of who all the governing people in the world are……most are insane nut jobs.

      • OldMarine says:

I'm afraid that BH0 has the idea, that he can change America enough to be able to establish a s ocialist form of government here similar to Russia in the 50-80's, with himself, \”elected\” as the leader. Frankly, someone mentioned it, it might be a fact finding mission, to see if he (BH0) can speed the downfall of America. But if it comes to be a really world affairs meeting, the Russians will eat him for lunch, I just hope somebody reminds him not to negotiate away the Statue of Liberity.

    • Jerseygal says:

BH0 is kissing up to Putin. He wants Putin to tell him how great he his. Putin is KGB all right, and has the patience to let BH0 bring down America for him. I think BH0 does not have patience. If Putin does not return the 'kissup,' BH0 will be noticeably annoyed.

  31. Jerseygal says:

Every one of BH0's comments quoted in that article is nothing but double talk, and answers nothing, with the exception of the basketball player question! I agree with everyone else here who said he will be apologizing for something!

  32. NancyNurse says:

The Cold War is OVER???Let me guess—RED CHINA, CASTRO, AND the SOVIETS finally won, via Paris. Makes me want to throw up!

  33. Rob Y. says:

I'm surprised Obama didn't apologize for the Cold War and the Berlin Wall being tore down.

  34. Sandra42 says:

Obama really needs to be careful how he goes about talking with Putin. If he displays the same type of attitude towards Putin that he did towards Netanyahu, we will have need to worry about Russia.

    • OldMarine says:

Putin is KGB, with all the ideals of the old Soviet Union, we NEED to worry about Russia, after all, they have been assisting Iran in its nuke ambitions.

    • dominke says:

We wont have to worry about Russia as Obama is tearing down this country and we wont beable to defend ourselves. When are WE THE PEOPLE going to stand up and defend this country like our forefathers did. Are we going to give into Obama without a fight? If you like the way Obama is running us into the ground just sit back,if not stand up like we love this country and the constitution and be ready to defend it like the military would.

  35. Goo says:

For Putin, the Cold War never ended, it just went underground. This guy is waiting for an opening to put Russia in a position of power. They were clamouring to invade Georgia, and wow, we did nothing about it. Georgia is an ally, and we left them out to dry.

Obama is too naive and frankly out his league to deal with Putin. He will get played, and we will all suffer.

    • Boopster says:

Goo, glad you brought that up it was question #10 on the most recent RNC questionnaire.

      10. Do you believe the United States should do more to support our ally Georgia against Russian interference in their sovereign affairs?
      Yes

      No

      No opinion

And yes Putin, will have him whimpering like a newborn kitten.

      • Goo says:

When the invasion began, I posted any relevant news source in my blog. People got irritated, but I truly believe that conflict and our apparent lack of sanity in dealing with it was a turning point for the United States. We couldn't even help an ally! What is wrong with our leaders?

    • GodHelpUsAll says:

I agree 100%. obama won't help our allies because he's too busy helping our enemies.

      • dominke says:

Obama has no obligation to the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. He is a illegal president, devoted muslim. His only purpose is to destroy USA without firing one shot. He will become the top dog in the Muslim world. Bin Laden will become second fiddle. Are we ready to hand over our country without a fight? Everyday Obama moves closer to burning our constitution and our people. Wake up people before you wake up in UNITED STATES OF ISLAM.

      • Shadrach says:

B.O. is weak and indecisive. He wants to be friends with everybody, regardless!! He is afraid of hurting somebody's feelings and can't take a stand on sound principles, because he has none!!! He wants to play both sides, that's why he is contradictive. The only thing he is solid on is ruining America, that, he is dedicated to!!!

      • kimcares says:

you are right, about that,,BUT Obama see;s our enemies,,as our friends,,and our allies as our enemies,,OUR allies beleave like we do,,in freedom, for all,and equal rights for all,That is against every thing our enemies stands for,,, so where does that leave Obama..A man in Honduras, wants to be president for life,,so he breaks the law,,there own constitution,,and decides he;ll stay for ever,,airgo,,Obama stands with him,,,all a while ,people are being killed,in Iran,,only because they voted,,and then they were lied too,,The Iranian people our heros,,for standing up to evil,,the big question is ,,will america, stand up to evil???

    • dominke says:

Obama and putin want power and to rule the world.

    • Gregory says:

Yep. They stopped pounding at the front door, and went in the back window. It's the old "rope a dope". Let the Americans think they have won, while the foundations to this nation are slowly removed.

    • Zymogene says:

A pup trying to play with the big dogs. LOL

  36. RNHunter says:

Wasn't it commonly stated by a million jillion Democrats that no one but a Democrat can achieve world peace like they can – by just talking nicely? Well, so far I fail to see progress with the extremists in Iran and N. Korea and the Taliban, plus what is worse, our relations with former key allies such as Israel and the UK are now strained. Well, I dont pretend to be better. I dont think evil dictators would respond to anyone being nice to them. But even a person bodering on incompetance should still have done better with Israel and the UK. The main difference therefore, is that some of us are smart enough to know that stuff does not work with evil people, but that niceness DOES work with good people. Evil people only respond to fear. Duh. Obama who is so full of himself to be arrogant, gets that totally wrong and is evil to the nice countries, and nice to the evil countries. Duh.

  37. Dustyluv says:

With Obama at the helm we can reopen the cold war…This time Obama has a KGB…named A C O R N

  38. OKTroy says:

Let's see if he bows again.

  39. Shadrach says:

B.O. will probably start off with an apology for the U.S. starting the Cold War, then apologize for winning it. Then offer compensation in the form of our tax money!!

    • Boopster says:

      Shadrach, you may be right!

    • GodHelpUsAll says:

I'd like to give him a "compensation" in the "form" of a fist followed by his pink slip out the door.

    • TJwasright says:

Great point. Now that you mention it, I wouldn't be at all surprised if he does. Apologizing is the only thing BHO does consistently (other than figure out ways to redistribute wealth).

    • That would certainly be in keeping with BHO's (mis)deeds … so far. So … if writing a check to everyone is the answer to all the perceived affronts to this old world, then reparations for each and every African American can’t be far behind.

    • TaxiDude says:

Somehow, he'll work George Bush into the apology/culpability statement.

  40. SnowDogMom says:

I think it would be cheaper if he just called. The price of Air Force One cost to much and I am tired of paying for his trips.

    • Shadrach says:

He would just complain "Bush got to do it, why can't I ?? waaaa…waaaa.

    • OldMarine says:

What better way to have his children, wife and mother in law see Russia on the taxplayers back. I wonder what special shopping tour Michelle (My Bell) will force the ambassor to set up. Like she did in France.

      • Michelle, ma belle
These are words that go together well
        My Michelle

lol .. you're right. She'll get the kids and mom and make a big ole holiday of this trip … on the taxpayers dime, of course.

  41. FeelnFroggy says:

Maybe he is going to find out how the community orginizers arranged the bread lines. I wonder what DVD gift pack he will bring Putin.

    • OKTroy says:

I'm laying money he'll skip the DVD gift set and give him a cheap bottle of Vodka. You know, the kind you get at the liquor store with two mixed-drink glasses all in one box.

  42. Vindex22 says:

funny, to me BHO seems to be taking lessons on how to be a "passive" putin in a way….

so whats this, is BHO also understanding that "terrorists" as some bad guys who don't follow the geneva convention rules and that his proposal was a little naive….

    HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY!
    http://www.raccioppi.info/america.html

  43. And, if I am not mistaken… RUSSIA REMINDED OBAMA THAT COMMUNISM DOESN'T WORK!!!!!

  44. pslwd says:

Oh no, another tour – what will he be apologizing for this time? What greivous things is the United States responisble for now?

  45. gk4freedom says:

It may be over in Russia…but for me and my family…here in the kingdom of Obama…it seems to just be starting.

  46. TJinVa says:

I could give a crap what Obama says, its all lies and arrogant lecturing. I am praying for someone to stand up to him. He will fold like all bullies do.

    • DanielS says:

Like you, I don't give a crap what Obama says either. What I do care about, is the fact that he is so far from reality, it is rediculous! At a time where our nation needs a leader who knows what is important, we have someone who is wrapped up in talking about basketball players or child-molesting pill-popping pop-stars. I just hope that the person who does stand up to him isn't from a power-hungry nation like Russia or Iran.

      • Glad I'm not the only one seeing Obama for what he is…he reminds me of a 16 year old in the mall with mom and dad's credit card just spend, spend, spend…who cares it ain't his money!

      • TJinVa says:

I agree, but, I don't see anyone from our Country standing up to him anytime soon. Sad there is no one here with the stones to go toe to toe with him. Putin knows he's a coward, and will run rough shod over him, same as the other thug dictators around the world-they see him for what he really is.

  47. Old men declare war, young men die fighting them….

I'd rather let Georgia out to dry then start WW3.

  48. Boopster says:

Goo, wholeheartedly agree with you, Bush imo more than dropped the ball on the conflict. If I remember correctly Sen. McCain was one of the few voices that strongly supported Georgia. Obama is not supporting Israel another ally. Obama is also, not supporting the people of Iran, Honduras.
Has it really become so convoluted, we no longer know our enemies from our friends?

Ha, loaded question about our leaders, I am on enough list’s, will not even try.

  49. OldMarine says:

"Let every nation know, whether it wishes us well or ill, that we shall pay any price, bear any burden, meet any hardship, support any friend, oppose any foe to assure the survival and the success of liberty."…..John F. Kennedy
Isn't it amazing that Kennedy was willing to defend liberity for any country, and this was at the peak of the cold war, yet the Liberals trolls, who compare BH0 to JFK, don't. We've degressed a long way, haven't we? I guess America's name doesn't mean anything any more, at least to our friends, but to those that mean us harm, oh lets invite them to the Palace or give them praise.

  50. Torquemada9 says:

Of course you would. The weak never want to do what is necessary if it requires true sacrifice. That is why they are weak. WW3 is coming regardless. There is too much heat building up.

  51. kimcares says:

I don;t know why I respond to peole like this,,They are to stupid to see the truth, and it only piss;s me off.And don;t slam me ,on calling you stupid,,,,stupid knows the truth but rejects it,dumb does not know the truth,I don;t understan why you will fight to save the earth, the ozone layer, and global warming,,and all that ,,BUT you could care less about the country you live in,,the land you stand upon,I guess you belaved slavery was ok,,because that is what Russia has in mind,,for the people of Georiga.I have heard peole, say,,''IF you don;t like this country,,get out,,""" I never payed much mind to it,,cause I don;t trust Obama,I did not vote for him,,but I ain;t leaving..This country was founded on the constitution, and the declaration of Indep,,and we have laws,in this country, and intill a coup, happen,,and thoses laws, are over turned,,then I say,,we the people,,will follwo them,,,,and tooo all the people,,who don;t agree with the constitution, then ,,please don;t let the door hit you on the way out,,There must be some country out there that will please you,,because this one does not seem too

  52. OldMarine says:

If it was just that, I could live with it, as hard as it would be, BUT it isn't that. It is a plan to "right" all of the preceived wrongs, that the "mean" white man has done to the Blacks, after all the white man has gotten rich thru hard work, and held the Black man back. It is a design to make America a s ocialist country, where an American works hard, but the fruits of his labor goes to those who don't labor. Its a class warfare, pure and simple. The only difference between this and the Russian revolution of 1917, is that the sheeple elected their Lenin.

  53. Its coming, I'm not going to argue with you on that. But knowing we can't fight three wars at the same time is now considered weakness? I know we're the greatest nation on Earth have the most advanced and powerful military, but even with these, we can't fight a war in Iraq, Afghanistan and then another war in Russia at the same time. That is why Germany lost both WW1 & WW2…they opened two fronts.

I'm not weak…I'll get the job done if it has to, but only when I know we can.

  54. Who am I?
<<He is a person with an unusual ability to dominate others. He assembled a destructive cult around himself. … he was referred to both as "God" and "Satan … …. he was concerned about damage to the environment and pollution … he believed he was destined to be the ultimate beneficiary of a race war …>>
I see little distinction between this man and BHO.

    Hint: Helter Skelter

  55. Oh don't get me wrong I know his spending ain't the only problem (by the way my mother pegged him for wanting to switch the classes half way through the election) I saw the socialist thing coming from a mile away and guess what I was accused of when I pointed it out to everyone that wanted to vote for him? (I'll give you a hint, it wasn't "you're nuts")

It's scareing me because in high school we read Animal Farm and 1984….this election and administration has played out exactly like that but no one's listening.

  56. I meant that I need to keep a civil tongue. I agree with your post 110% and was saying only that it would be kind of fun to run with the lollipop theme and have some fun. : )

  57. Miami_Bob says:

    I stand corrected (smile)

  58. OldMarine says:

I see more of Hitler then Manson.

  59. MikeinIdaho says:

I believe he truly sees himself as in control of the World (or should be)! A narcissist thru and thru. A control freak, a fascist at heart. And a VERY angry individual who thinks he should "right" the wrongs of the world and "even the playing field". You can always tell a person by the folks they admire and hang out with. Think "Rev" Wright, Bill Ayers, Daniel Ortega, Hugo Chavez, the Castros, muslim mullahs, Hezbolah, on and on, ad neauseaum.
He must be stopped at all costs.

  60. OKTroy says:

    Somehow I don't belive that.

  61. Torquemada9 says:

I guess you are waiting for the safe time to do it. When all the violence and aggression subside. Meanwhile fascism foments. We do not need to start a war to support an ally. No response by the US is a license to keep pushing the envelope whether in Iran, N Korea or Russia. Germany also lost the war for the same reasons the South lost the Civil War. They were simply outnumbered.

  62. Zymogene says:

He did say that this country will split in 4 ways. Crazy as some might think, it does make sense. The mighty power has fallen.

  63. Jackjr60 says:

I'm also afraid that Obama is trying to see what it will take for him to be our ruler forever. Take a look at the web-site http://www.end22.com and see what those folks would like to see happen. It isn't too far fetched to see them accomplish their goal. They now have the necessary numbers. Now as far as Putin goes he no doubt knows he is far superior in knowledge to Obama in any worldly affairs. Plus he knows he can kick his ass. As far as your comment below I too hope that God has still got our backs. It is for sure that much of America has turned its collective back on him.

  64. OldMarine says:

Not quite yet, there is always hope and God's grace.

  65. Jerseygal says:

Won't that just frost BH0? I he is not busy looking in the mirror and actually notices.

  66. OldMarine says:

He want even noticed, he's a legend in his own mind

  67. Jerseygal says:

You're right about that, and you beat me to that comment!

  68. farmnurse says:

Christian I agree, his race thing was to gt votes, it was even being said that if you didnt vote for him it was because you wer a racist. I grew up far from being a racist I didnt vote for him because I knew he was the Obamanation that was going to destroy I country and so far he has proven me correct. Everything is has done or is trying to do has been one more nail in our coffin

  69. OldMarine says:

Of course the sheeple have lead him to believe it. Just look at his facial expression when he is standing at a podium and people are applauding, then watch some of the films and photos of Hitler and Mussolini, particularly Mussolini, when the crowds are standing and applauding/cheering.

  70. Jerseygal says:

Did you catche Drudge the other day, with the 'evil eye'?

  71. Don't be ignorant against history. Just because we're "America" doesn't mean we can every war we set out to fight…especially when its 3 at once.

  72. Exactly. If we helped Georgia last summer, Russia would of seen that as an act of war, thus sparking WW3.

Germany didn't lose because they were out numbered. They lost because they opened a second front because Hitler was getting impatient with his world conquest. If Hitler hadn't attacked Russia….we'd be living a whole different lifestyle now. Think about it….no Russian font meant at least an extra million troops on the western front fighting against are boys.

  73. OldMarine says:

    Yea, heard about it.

  74. Zymogene says:

    I certainly pray so.

  75. OldMarine says:

    Don't we all!

  76. I don't why I respond to people who assume I'm a liberal because of my negative reputation but honestly, I can care less because..well your studpid for judging.

Let me irritate, Global Warming is a hoax….I can care less about the environment.

This has nothing to do with not wanting to protect this country. I want to protect this country but by helping Georgia when they pulled a stupid move by attacking South Ossetia…then thats putting our country at risk of attack from Russia. You see…its funny, most of you say we should attack Russia, NK, and Iran…but most of you won't realize at what cost it comes it. This goes to my previous comment. Old men declare war, young men die fighting them. If you want to see WW3 breaking out in your lifetime..by all means, support the attack of such countries. But I, for one, am 19 years old and I don't want to get drafted to fight a pointless because we're "protecting our country"

  77. kimcares says:

PROTECTING YOUR COUNTRY IS POINTLESS??? TELL ME ,PLEASE AT WHAT POINT DO WE START WAVING THE WHITE FLAG????AND I NEVER SAID WE SHOULD ATTACK ANYONE.I DON;T EVEN KNOW IF THERES ANOTHER PEOPLE LEFT IN THIS COUNRTY THAT HAS THE GUTS TO..BUT TRY IT THIS WAT,,THINK OF ALL THE COUNTRYS THAT WANTS TO DESTROY THE US,,AS A CANCER,,THAT STARTS IN ONE PART OF THE BODY,,AND IF YOU DON;T STOP IT WAS SPEADING,,IT WILL TAKE OVER YOUR WHOLE BODY,,AND KILL YOU,,BUT IF YOU STOP IT,,WHERE,AND WHEN IT BEGAN,THEN YOU HAVE A CHANCE TO LIVE..BUT YOU CAN;T ALWAYS DEFEET CANCER,,JUST LIKE YOU CAN;T ALWAYS WIN AT WAR.SOME WILL DIE,AND SOME WILL LOSE,SOMEWILL GIVE UP,,OTHERS WON;T,,JUST SO LONG AS YOU KNOW WHERE YOU STAND,,THEN AND ONLY THEN,,CAN YOU DEFEND YOUR DECEISION

  78. Jerseygal says:

He not only gets defensive, he gets testy. It will be interesting, to say the least, if he gets testy with the Russians.

  79. nlb says:

kimcares…this has nothing to do with the subject, but you should go back and take
a refresher course in English (how to spell, punctuations in the right place). It makes
you seem like a ding dong.

  80. Protecting your country is pointless when your leaders declare a war just because they don't agree with the opposing country's point of view.

Declare a war when the people want to a fight a war. Declare a war when it protects a America so we can avoid another Vietnam (I don't know how us going to Vietnam helped protect our borders…Vietnam ended up becoming a communist nation). Declare a war when you know we can win. Most Americas are under the belief that just because we're America, we can win any war we start…not true. Like you said, half the world hates us…but its because we stick our noses in places we shouldn't. It was either Jefferson or John Adams that said we should remain isolated and not get into world affairs..well, he had a point, because now we're the most hated country in the world.

  81. Zymogene says:

He gives that glare across the room….like you're dead when Dad gets home look. LOL

  82. Jerseygal says:

It is almost as though he is in competition with Putin for the old 'evil eye'.

  83. Zymogene says:

LOL….It takes a con to know a con and no matter how good you think you are….there's always someone out there who's better. In all honesty, I look at Putin as the parent and Obama as the smart assed teenager who knows it all. I believe he secretely chuckles at his blatent ignorance.

  84. Jerseygal says:

Good one! I think BH0 has met his match with Putin. I pray that the cost to Americans is not in blood and lives lost.
