I was trying to remember when I was a child many many years past, how many "obese" people were around and how many thin. My family was thin because we were always hungry, now many of us (10) are not so thin because as we got older there were foods we had to have because as children we never got them. Why do we have to set up people as examples of what we should be? People live thier lives differently. Some eat because of hunger , some because of depression, some because of the lack of love and thin eat the same way. Get over this "what you should do" government mentality and just live the best you can for as long as you can. This judgement thing is another way the left plans to pit us one against the other. I had stage 4 breast cancer and was given about 5 years if I had a stem cell transplant (my own stem cells) , I was "obese" I survived. That has been 11 years ago. A thinner person in my ward had the same thing and did not survive. Did my weight help? Did hers hurt? Who knows. Let's just accept who we are and live non-judgementally. God Bless
Oh crap, this is really bad news. It means Al Gore will be around for a long time. But wait! While I firmly believe that PE and good diets should be in the classroom, when people become adults I believe that THEY ALONE have the right to make the decisions on what they eat.

Lord I hope not, Do you know how difficult it is to lose weight when you pass forty?? I'm pushing fifty and it is worse!! I can't afford fines, I hear it from my Dr. enough, let alone getting fined.
I try to behave, but food just taste so good!! They scaled back the obesity threshold a few years ago, trying to scare people into losing weight. Who knows what kind of tactics they will employ with Nationalize Health Care???
yes of course they have to get a lot of money to pay for what bo has spent. Where is he gonna get all that money except from horrendous taxes.
This stuff has to have been planned for some time….there's no way Obama became President and suddenly knew what to do to twist our world around. I'd say Pelosi and Reed have a great deal to do with it, as well as Kennedy. We have to get the regular citizens awakened and willing to take back their country before we arrive in hell. It's time to march and publicize what's going on while we still can.
Al Gore himself looks pretty chubby…and he uses more energy at his house than almost anyone else….and he flies all over the place in his plane. If he really believed in global warming, he wouldn't continue to leave such a huge carbon footprint. He has a carbon foot inserted in his mouth every time he speaks in public with his ridiculous false scientific facts.

It makes one wonder if Acorn and Americorp will be the progressive movement's muscle to enforce the over throw of the Constitution. I remember hearing reports on the news of volunteer workers of Acorn, which were thugs, intimidating voters to vote for Obama. What is all the money being funneled into these organizations for? To bribe politicians or to buy weapons? After all, if American Patriots, (not extremist nuts), ever had to take this to the streets to protect the Constitution and our Country, I could not imagine our military raising arms against their families and the people who support them.
This has been in the works since the 60's. No doubt in my mind! Heck, Kruschev said "we will embrace the rest and then we will crush them." It's been very carefully, and very slowly done from within. Nobama is just the tool to get it on the fast track now.
