well, I'm sure there is always room for improvement! My main concern is gun safety–which comes with the regular use of guns…shooting and just learning about them.

Liberals seem to think that gun safety means scaring people into thinking guns are some kind of esoteric threat to mankind…when the real threat is ignorance and lack of preparation.

It seems that most people who are afraid of guns…hardly use them. The more I use them, the more comfortable I am with arming myself. My little brother (27, so not that little anymore) has a permit to carry a concealed weapon…he showed it to me a couple of weeks ago. I am at ease knowing that when in a potentially harmful situation that my brother not only has a weapon, but knows how to use it safely and effectively.

Like most things that Obama is doing, it better be filibuster proof. Since no one who has not had a lobotomy (excludes the entire Democractic party) would vote for many of his proposals. The media is no better with Letterman once saying that Obama is so perfect you can only complain about lint on his suit. The television is saying some things that I dont think are very bright. I tried to turn up the brightness control on my televsion set but it didnt help (okay, that came from comedian Gallagher, of watermelon smashing fame). But thanks Galagher, a good description for the frustration and lack of truth on tv.

When I was younger, my father taught me how to shoot, and I became a very successful hunter, making a few good, long shots on moving targets. I thought I was a good shot, too.
THEN, I started to enter hi-power rifle competitions, I competed with some good Army and Marine boys. I found out I wasn't a bad shot, but I also found out some of those boys COULD shoot!!! Thats why I still practice, practice, practice!!!
Please understand, I'm not saying you aren't as good as you may say, my point is that when I thought I was good, a few Army and Marine boys showed me I could use a bit more practice.

You know, the way the Demos are touting her reminds me of a parent trying to get their kid reinstated in school after being suspended. Pointing out all her good qualities and saying things like "Sotomayor would follow the law" "There's not one law for one race or another. There's not one law for one color or another. There's not one law for rich, a different one for poor. There's only one law." This is the student telling the principle everything they want to hear, how they will behave and follow the rules, respect the teachers, respect their authority. Tell them everything they want to hear, then when they get "IN" they revert back to their old way's!! And just be more clever about how they go about doing it.

Yes, then he had the nerve to send me a reply that my wife and I were wrong about the stimulus being loaded with Pork. He actually said that the democrats had removed over $100 million from the orginal version. $450,000,000,000 is ok as long as they removed $100,000,000 per Chucky "The Change" Schumer!

I am from NY, and I will try to explain. You see NYS is a santuary state for dumba$$ liberal voters. We have lots of room because everyday Schumer and company drives out more industry, and then encourages those seeking a better life through welfare to come and breed.

I've been watching how the senators on the Jud. committee have been talking and they are saying they will give her a fair shot…they will wait to see how she answers the questions. I hope that they are saying these things b/c they're ganna blow her out of the water and don't want any crap for it! I hope, but prob not!LOL
