I know this comment is coming a tad late. Sorry about that.
Massachusetts has "no fault" insurance. If they come to New Hampshire, clobber someone, and manage to get back across state lines to Mass, we have a hell of a time getting reimbursed. For us, it's almost as if they had no insurance.
I think a serious attempt is being made with the Crap and Trade movement. I contract with the smaller drillers here inTexas for the landwork, mapping, leasing and title done and for the past couple of years with the largest naturual gas producer in the nation. If in the future, an attempt to nationalize oil starts to see further fruition they will cease production until the state itself moves to sever ties-secession. Right now, every single small driller in both oil and Natural gas I personally know or have worked with is in contact with local, state and Federal resentatives in an effort to fight Crap and Trade. Oil prices will rise as our heavy reserves are used, add in the loss of the Bush cuts, add in the cost of Cap and Trade and you have a national oil crisis. I think it is a planned move for 2011 early 2012. Get ready cause the fight will actually start when consumers wake up out of the media fed drivel, it is not about the oil and gas industry making tons of profit, thousands of industries feed off of ours, this collaspe is why the banks are being tested now. Obama wants the oil and gas industry. He won't get it here in Texas.

I don't care what anyone says about it we all start out our lives in this country with the same playing field no matter what our status in life is and we make what we will of what God has given us. Some lay around and cry about how life has treated them and some of us get busy and learn how to work and earn a good life that no one has a right to without working for it. You are what you choose to be.
I am convinced that this is just the beginning of the idiocy concocted by the loony out-of-touch-with-reality liberals. They simply are unable to connect the dots so a person is a fool to expect them to behave like intelligent adults.
