I just read about this kid's use of the blog handle of TYRONE to make weird phone calls and pranks. I am wondering if this is the same person who was an outspoken Obama-bot on Gretawire.com. Just wonderin'.

I'm glad to know this isn't actually going to be pursued under the Patriot Act.
The trial SHOULD be public. The evidence SHOULD be reviewable (after the trial).
It's just hard to know whether the media got it right this time, last time, or not at all. The FBI isn't notorious for it's accuracy in evidence or knack for lab procedure. We have an abundance of involved entities that aren't known for real accuracy.
We (the people) really ARE in it alone. We can't count on a straight story from ANYBODY!

I did as you suggested and I was right and wrong. I was right that the story was B.S. but wrong that it was total B.S. It was just partly B.S.

I was hoping this bogus article would have been taken down today. Yesterday aristotle61 posted an article that debunks it. Also world net daily debunked it today. He is not being held under the patriot act and is accessable to his mother. He has appeared in court several times.
