You know we hear all the time about how talk radio has produced the likes of the Oklahoma City Bomber, and other hate groups. Then why haven't we heard anything about congress being responsible for the death of this executive? A couple of weeks ago all I hear was how they wanted names published for the angry crowds. Yet no one has placed any blame on Obama's angry words or Congress' agitating words
    .
P.S. I thought the Clinton's had the market on key people turning up dead

  2. TNRebelgirl says:

Speaking of Freddie and Fannie…I suggest everyone go to this link and take a look at how much Barney Frank actually lies. Pass this one around to everyone you know.

  4. 911Patriot says:

This was not a suicide. He just knew to much and had to pay the price!

  5. viv2813 says:

Just watch for the next skiing "accident", small plane crash, "heart attack" (that can be induced with an undetectable air bubble), we all know they can dispense with anyone that has the potential to interfear with their wicked, greedy, financial deeds!
I have never been a big on paranoid conspiracy theorys until recently. Now….well, there's just to much evidence!

  6. Just kinda makes me curious as to what he had found out in the short tenure at Freddy Mac and when he realized that entire lifetime of hard work and good reputation was going to be destroyed as well as himself to be made a scapegoat by the Democrats to save/cover their sorry hides. Could this be why he supposedly killed himself or as I have seen others remark as a possible hit ordered by those who now control our nation? Just something to ponder.

  7. lisale says:

I believe the furthest reaching conspiracy at work, here, is: unprincipled political leadership strategies. It's a chess game. The pawns are the first to fall. At some point, victims and their families are going to rise up and demand justice. Even if they can only find justice in civil court, ala O.J., the day of reckoning will come. If we think we have a litigious society now, just wait until these victims' families band together! Can we say " people v. US Government?"

  8. First and foremost my prayers and thoughts go to the family. Any sudden lost of life is extremely traumatic. I have lost my mother due to suicide and can only imagine what his wife is suffering now. BUT I am not convinced it was suicide. My gut tells me he was about to reveal things to the public and they shut him up. Wonder when we hear more details.

  9. virginia1 says:

I also will be praying for his family, the strength from God that they will need to get through this. I will also pray that his death will not be in vane–that the truth will come out. I hope Barney Frank is feeling just a wee bit guilty right now! Doubt it though.

  10. STRIKER47 says:

I will be praying for his family and America. If we all pray HE can bring everything into the light.

  11. wonastayfree says:

Lift the family up in prayer. Whatever happened, suicide or murder, his family has forever been devastated. They need the support of all people in their time of grief and suffering.

  12. NUTN2SAY says:

We could have used that before the election. But since that's over with I think we need to start saying the thing liberals fear most…Too Arms. Too Arms!

  13. NUTN2SAY says:

What is it about democratic administrations where people end up like Vince Foster? What is this mysterious democratic force that compels people to take their own lives?

  14. Brian says:

the first thing I thought was this man was murdered. He had not been employed by freddie mac for to long but would not suprise me if he wanted to pay his tarp money back but the gov refused. Maybe he had something on someone in government. . We can only hope there is a note stashed away that will explain what happened. I pray for his family and hope the truth comes out

  15. KZ1776 says:

First off you have to feel for his family. Then you have to wonder in light of the worsening economy, was Kellermann's death really a suicide? What did he know that drove him to take his own life? Something doesn't add up.

  16. Gregory says:

And that's the crying shame. Those representatives in DC are suppose to be extensions of how we feel and who we are. They've got things so screwed up, people are killing themselves rather than fix something. I don't know Chief, things are getting curiouser and curiouser.

  17. This is just me thinking on paper, I would not presume to understand this guy.
But I am sure he had millions in the bank 16 years on the Job CFO.
Still had a job and was still packing away bonus money.

If my job was pressuring me so much, I would walk away. Take a year off and then get a job with
Wells Fargo for a few million a year. I would do that if I could, But maybe someone just decided to retire him, what did he know, or what where they making him do.
You know Field Marshall Rommel was given the choice of death as a hero or death for him and his family. In any event the government was a party to his death.

For you guys that think the goverment can’t hide something like that, don’t forget we train men
to kill men from a moving ship, on a moving boat, while they are holding a gun on a hostage. We have
men/women that can do just that kill with out a trace.
I am not saying that this happen but I am saying it could.

    • Mugwump says:

And may janet napolitino along with the other slugs keep having dreams of SPECOPS coming after them in their sleep…

      It's a legitimate fear… And they caused it themselves…

  18. Gregory says:

How do you get someone to replace him? Was this job so stressful, that even a sane person could do such a thing? I guess the retention bonuses will have to go up now, even if they can find someone that will do the job. I wonder if his office was also cleaned out before anyone showed up?
I am saddened that his family must now live with his actions, but his actions may have been the only thing that saved them.

How very sad that this man felt he had no where to turn but to hang himself. I do find it strange that he did not leave a note to his family. I don't think there will be an investigation though.

  21. The OBAMA DISTORTED TRUTH MOVEMENT its how he spins the truth to deflect the fact that millions of americans know the truth about him and his past, telling flat out lies so people won't go after him and investigate him, Its called a evil city of solitude push everyone away!!

  22. When I first heard this news I immediately thought of Vince Foster (just one of many Clinton era mysterious deaths). Perhaps I am simply a conspiracy freak, but I smell a rat. Who will be next????

    • CathyAnn says:

Same here. The thought was immediate. Hmmmmm

      • Bubba1963 says:

What dirt did he uncover that would drive him to kill himself? This all maybe alot worse than we realize. I feel bad for his family. I am expecting more of this to keep happening. When we put our trust in money, and man, this is the result. Obama isn't much of a messiah, he kills everthing he is touching. I'll pray for his family

    • GodGunsNGuts says:

Just because you are paranoid does not mean they are not out to get you.

  23. KWilliams says:

To the FBI, CIA, NSA , our United States Military, and all local state and local police departments.

Who among you will be our Paul Revere. Who among you will come out in that last moment and will warn us that Obama is coming Obama is coming. Who among you will give us the warning that the American people will need to fight the coming tyranny. Who among you will release his secret plans for all to see. Know now this is your moment in history. The moment where a government of the people, by the people and for the people will act for the first time to directly suppress the people that it serves. Your choice will be to whom do you serve and if it be the people will you surrender all that you have worked for to prevent this attack on the people.

PS you people should appreciate this note since I am sure this one will put me on every major watch list;)

    • We need good company, on the list, hate to think I would be all alone in the DHS center for right wingers.

    • NUTN2SAY says:

We could have used that before the election. But since that's over, we might need to start saying something the liberals fear most … Too Arms, Too Arms! I fear a revolution is going to be the last resort needed to restore constitutional law in America.

      • Mugwump says:

I still think that they are stupid enuf to blow their own boat out of the water….

        Stupid is as stupid does…

        These guys are beyond explanation…

Imagine a spoiled genX, baby boomer, X-hippie cashing it all in on a big load of pink dung totally unaware of their birthright and spiritual decaptivity…

        Dunces all…

        Don't break the law… ( yet ) Watch them fry themselves…

  24. 77patriots says:

This man had the dignity to do what the politcal class does not….. I respect him for having a sence of shame. I am sad for his family and hope for the best for his family and will say a prayer for his soul.
As for the DemoCraps and a few Republicans who have made famme mae and freedy mac a national disaster
SHAME on you…. I hope you corrupt TYRANTS get exposed and justice is SWIFT! I belive this is a real sign that things are going to get REAL bad within the next 15 months

  25. kenoshax says:

my condolences to the Kellermann family, i fear this will not be the last tragedy like this. although i do not want to see the family suffer any more than necessary i hope that we can get to the bottom of this so everything is brought into the light.

  26. Billerz says:

My prayers for his family are sincere, God bless them in their time of grievance… With that said the dems play hard ball I remember Foster and his so called suicide of perfect timing. This too I beleive coincides with the news that Freddie seen an increase, actually a doubling of delinquencies on their PRIME loans last month alone. That is huge and is indicative if not proof of a much larger storm brewing. I can be cynical at times but it seems another whistle blower has fallen silent, may he rest in peace.

  27. HOPE4all says:

All of the other comments on this subject pale in comparison to the grief, sadness and overwhelming disbelief that his family is going through at this time. Losing a loved one to sucide is tumultuous! And for the rest of their lives they will learn to live with it, but, never forget it and will always ask, "Why?" and "What could I have done?"
I have worked in the field of Suicide Prevention and Postvention for 12+ years and have experienced the loss of my sister by suicide. NOTHING prepares a family and friends for the grief they will experience. It is different from all other grief. My heart and my prayers are with his family!!!

    • Nicoli715 says:

I saw some of the other comment and stop reading so I wouldn't get mad. It is sad the way some people act. I could not imagine how his family is dealing with this now nor would ever try. From what I have herd a lot of his friends and co-workers are now looking back and saying they might have saw the signs.I don't know how they are dealing with this. All I can do it pray for them and these peole who are saying such bad things. I am so sorry for your loss.

  28. scgirl says:

Prayers for this man's wife and daughter. It seems to be a suicide but if something fishy came out of this, it would not surprise me.

  29. ubtru2u says:

I don't believe David Kellermann committed suicide. I think the corruption in the Obama administration, aka Chicago mob style politics, is so pervasive that they have put all Americans at risk in every conceivable way for one purpose and one purpose only, to grow and protect their power base. One murder to prevent more evidence of their corruption while they escalate their grab for more power is a very small thing to these corrupt, power addicted politicians. Obama has just gifted worldwide Islamic terrorism and every other US enemy with our CIA playbook. All of America is now at much greater risk and many more American deaths could follow. The death of David Kellermann is truly a tragedy, but it signals a much greater tragedy. The true tyranny of Washington.

  30. Giovanni says:

Ok, this is gonna seem far out there, but I've seen this before. Let me explain… We had a guy who was about to testify in court. He was the head of the NC Department of Ferries and Waterways. Money had been diverted from his department, a lot of it, and he was going to turn states evidence. A few nights before he was to testify he was found dead in his basement. Officially they called it 'suicide', but you decide… The man was found hung in his basement, with a plastic bag tied around his head so he could not breathe, and both hands tied behind his back.

    See what I mean?

    Gio-

    • TomUSAFRet says:

David Kellermann was found dead this morning, having hanged himself in his basement. Investigators found him at 5:00 am, hanging from the floor joists, his hands tied behind him, and two bullet holes in his back. Said the Chief of Police, "This was the worst case of suicide I've seen since Vince Foster shot himself with a gun we have yet to find."

    • mojunior says:

No your not far out there, the officially can call Kellermann's death a suicide all they want, I don't believe it.

Kellermann knewh to much and had to go, I believe that George Soros is behind this and Obama, Frank, Dodd and Pelosi , etc all have a great deal to loss.

George Soros wants to take this county over, he paid for obama to be presidents and look at obama what he is
saying about the people of US, is this something a president of the US should be saying NO NO NO, he has betray us, I feel he and Scoros are Enemies of the United States and will take us down, were on the way.

  31. Smarkin says:

I am really glad to see all the nice comments for this man and his family. For all the critics of this site, one thing is apparent: All of the commenters are truly compassionate people who can look beyond differences and find common ground in the grief his family is going through. I add my condolences for his family. Such pain.

  32. I dont know that I can go along with his having been "murdered". Nothing is impossible, but these folks in congress cant keep lovers secret. (-; A hit man and murder conspircy? I cant give these fools in congress that much credit. Could it have been made clear he was going to become a fall guy . . .and that was the trigger, the pressure he surcame too? Maybe.

I do think his suicide tells us how much we have not yet seen in this mess. I have said from the beginning, things don't get this far south without corruption that reaches to the halls of congress. He knew a storm was coming, one he was not willing to face. That tells me a lot about how bad that storm might be if it ever unfolds.

However bad this mess is, and however dirty this mans hands may turn out to have been. it is still a sad thing for his family. He would have regained a lot of honor by standing up and trying to do the right thing now, and paying his dues for what he may have done.

If his death tells me anything, it is that it needs to be looked at very, very closely as to why.

    • Madazhell says:

Just a thought, but I would not want my home surrounded by a wild mob of people asking why I was getting bonus's and this poor man may have known what has been going on for years, and it was on the edge of being exposed. I pray for his family. It is horrible to be trapped with the only way out is death. How sad.

    • Byboozian says:

This is what happens when the government tries to run a public company. They think they are above the laws they created, or they create stupid laws that favor their buddies company. There is no reason besides complacency and laziness that the voters haven't put a stop to it yet.

It's finally gotten to the point where american's are getting angry enough to put a stop to it, hopefully.

    • It's not the fools in Congress who are behind this. It's their very rich, very powerful, and very secretive Masters that always remain hidden from public view.

  33. KingdomNow says:

Obviously he had a conscience- Too bad the real evil ones in power don't have the personal responsibility to follow suit.

  34. I am NOT into conspiracies and I hate to sound paranoid and i know how this sounds but i think he found out something and was killed for what he knew!!! come on he was known as a great go to guy, someone with honor and would help any that needed it. He took over the position after all the crisis, he was not a part of the investigation, so had nothing to fear. He should have been on top of the world nothing to fear everything to gain. So why would he hang himself, doesn't make sense. but his death will never get the scrutiny that it should just ask Foster, Oh right you can't, he committed suicide too. oh yes if I remember right someone anonymously call in finding his body hanging at 5 am, who would be wondering around his basement at that time call in and not stick around.

  35. gsteinbacher says:

You think there is a cover up here what about that new york attorny that killed his family and himself.

How could anyone possibly beat and smother his family to death like that, if you are going to do it to protect your family you would do it humanely, even though thats insane too

something smells fishy on this one also

  36. beenfield says:

I have such a hard time imagining how a man can do this thing knowing his family either wife of child will be the one to find him. It is horrible. A man has to be deeply depressed to do this to his family and must have had a terrible burden hanging over him. My daughter and grandsons went through this and many questions were left unanswered. I hope his family finds the answers and get over the pain of this terrific tragedy. If Freddie or Fannie were behind this I hope they find the person pushing his buttons.

  37. Have you seen The Obama Deception movie? check it out here~> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eAaQNACwaLw

  38. Mugwump says:

He is too clean and honest looking and is said to have been a good guy….

How many masters was he required to serve?? A pox on the house that despatched him…

Pretty soon his kind are in heaven, who will be left here??

  39. fmb501 says:

Follow the money. If this guy was squeeky clean, I don't see any reason for him to kill himself.

At least the poor fellow wasn't found at Ft. Marcy with blood running running in the wrong direction.

  40. Nomarxism says:

My heart goes out to the family. You have to wonder why a man in no apparent trouble and with a beautiful young family would kill himself. Sound very odd to me. Of course his sixteen yeas of insider knowledge of how Freddie and Fannie really operated may have put him in an "awkward" political" situation. Maybe barney rubble will jump out a window next…

    • viv2813 says:

Please, YES! From your mouth to God's ears! And he should be on the 20th floor! Of course, it would require the entire bed of a waste truck to clean up the mess! LOL

  41. CULATR says:

OK, team… here's the scoop. Kellerman's getting nervous. He says he can't continue to do these things and continue to cover things up. He looks bad. he might sing. Let's call him in and say he looks "overworked" and send him home. OK Team? (They have a mini meeting with kellerman)

OK, everybody can leave except Kellerman, why don't you stay and let's talk. Kellerman… you need to really think about some things, you know? You need to think about the future of your FAMILY. Now take some time off and think about that. We'll talk later when you've got your head back on straight. Now don't go and lose your head, that wouldn't be good for you or your family.

So why do we wonder why it is so hard to fill a treasury job?

    • I am afraid Mr. Kellerman won't be the last one that cannot handle what Dodd and Frank have been doing to them.
Sooo very sad for his wife and child..
I can't even imagine the pain they are in because of his job..
It is NOT suppose to be like this,,,
      !!!!!!!!!!!!!

  42. watman43 says:

    very interesting !

  43. watman43 says:

    vote him out !

  44. watman43 says:

he would run hell into the ground too !

  45. CULATR says:

How does one kill the canary? Let me count the ways.
Let's see. He was a superstar. But they called him in and said he looked overworked and told him to take some time off and prepared to replace him. Just heard that on Fox Business News.

    Possible theories:

    1. He knew too much that could get others in trouble and made noise about it. Then he was told he was overworked and need to take time off. Gee. what happens next?
    2. He was being asked to do some things that were illegal and refused . Then he was told he was overworked and needed to take time off.
    3. He did things that were illegal and saw no way out. They needed for him to chill and sent him home to think about it because he didn't do these things alone.
    4. He did some things that were illegal and was being asked to cover up or do even more illegal things. Same action by his "bosses".

All I know is this. If a guy is caught up in something big and bad, the worst thing you can do is give him a bunch of time to think about the consequences. Plus, all somebody has to do is make some allusions like "This won't be good for your family" and nothing more. Was it simply a poor decision to send him home without counseling or was the result hoped for?

You be the judge. It's not like Fannie and Freddie made brilliant decisions over the last 10 years before this guy got the CFO job.

It's a surety that he found more than one impropriety.

I apologize for what may have appeared an insensitive comment. That perception cannot be further from the truth. I was thinking of the family, friends and others. However, I have no objection to having my comment removed so as not to hurt anyone unintentionally. My stepping into this forum was not malicious but one of concern for this man, his family and friends and others in the future who may face similar circumstances. Of course I lift Mr. Kellerman and his family and friends in prayer.

  47. Nicoli715 says:

I will be praying for his his wife and daughter.

  48. TXTJ says:

So deep a fog one must be consumed, to beget all that is dear, like family, friends and life itself. One commits such an act when the fog starts to clear and a plan to end life can be made and carried through. Depression itself is brought on with the feelings of lack of control, direction, meaning and helplessness. Discontent so serious that and end so tragic was the only solution. Survivors are left with guilt and questions and the burden that they could have done something. May his family and friends find solitude and be left to heal with privacy. They deserve this time to find answers to questions only they can ask. This man's fate brings us all to seek answers and assumptions and come at a time when our government may be at its most corrupt state. To not know if he was a casualty of others or something within himself is worth discussing. He indeed was a casualty. Ask yourself, can you know of evil deeds and never speak of them to others and in not speaking outloud, long silence the voices of knowing, from within?

    • TXTJ says:

I personally could not hold silent and would yell to the world what I know, but those who "hold everything inside" fight an inner battle. I shutter to think what this poor man went through that was so horrible, so immensly deep that he chose to silence himself.

    • pjirishman says:

I work as a FF/Paramedic and I worked one of my close friends suicide. He took a shotgun to his head. I had to bag the pieces left behind and you can use your imagiantion as I WONT talk aout it. When one is depressed, they cannot think clearly and hteir final act, even so severe, they do not think about the people they left behind. I had to go to my friends house and find his two children shot and wife strangled…his note said he could not handle it and that he could not leave it to his family….paraphrasing. The question "WHY" can and will be asked for years without a true answer in this case and others as well. It sux, and it is unfortunatley a part of life. I wish my friend got help but he was too proud…too arrogant. I wish as many other wish if they have gone through this unbelievable, unknowing act that they find some sort of peace and live on….as their lives are still there for the taking. I hate writing this as it will probably trigger me but it had to be said. I pray for the families that have gone through this horrendous tragedy.

      • TXTJ says:

Pjirishman, have you thought about counseling others? You sound like a strong person who could extend a hand from experience to those who are experiencing the worse?

It is a difficult time in our nation for many, we are saddled with many challenges, each of us need to take hold of the other and find strength in who we are as a people.

I am so sorry for your loss.

      • winecup says:

My heart went out to you pjirishman as you shared your unspeakable story. Thank you for helping to put balance into a story which, thankfully, not everyone can quite relate to. God bless you on your journey.

    • Suicide is difficult thing to analyze. Always questions to ask and the very one who can answer is no longer available. Agreed, prayers to the family. I always wonder, just how bad can anything ever be to take ones own life? That being said, I can only think of one thing that might and I say might make me consider it. Here goes, if my family was threatened with harm should I speak of some wrong or ill doing, I might consider removing myself from the equation. Most likely though, I would hide my family somewhere in trusting hands and become a vicious and feared predator of my enemies until they or I were no more. That’s just me and I’m just sayin…..

    • Ashrak says:

      How about VF III?
One close to the Secretary of State Department passport debacle came up deceased recently as well.

  50. GodHelpUsAll says:

I don't believe for one minute this was suicide. All the threats the govt. has given to people who didn't OBEY them. Look at the governors, and banks all across the Country who are threatened because they don't want government to control them. There's much about this that we willl never know. My heart goes out to his family.

  51. 1dave2 says:

This is truly amazing! This is the first time I can ever remember agreeing with everyone's comment. We will never know the truth. This Justice Department will not do a real investigation while they are busy investigating Republicans. By the way, can anyone remember the last time a U.S. President personally asked the Attorney General to investigate an american citizen, let alone members of a prior administration.

  52. Starwings says:

Congratulations Senator Grassley. You got your wish.

  53. liberty1225 says:

My condolences goes out to this man's family. Across the country, someone dies by suicide every 17 minutes, accounting for more than 30,000 deaths annually and 1 Million people around the world.

When LIFE knocks someone down we must be the GOOD Samaritan!. Lets find ways to make a difference and stop looking at the CRASH site caused by lack of CASH. OUR local & national TV & RADIO stations SHOULD start running FREE PSA ads for the Suicide Prevention hotline. People need to know who to turn to for help. How many more people have to take their own lives or that of their families before this nation wakes up to the fact that we have a problem on our hands created by this economy??? Just ask the familes who lost loved ones killed by a young man recently fired by IBM inside a community Immigration center?

  54. My prominent sniffer detects treachery in the breeze.

  55. I have my doubts on suicide. I think it was he was about to spill the beans and was murdered by the Obama administration. I'm sure the Clintons had a "guy" who could take care of the problem. Like when a certain reporter got too close. Usually when stories like this come out it is "apparent" suicide. Not just it was a suicide. I'm just saying….

    • CULATR says:

Think about how you felt when you realized you did something bad or discovered something really bad that didn't seem so bad when you did it or discovered it… and then it grew and grew and grew into something really bad and you couldn't stand it any more. You start talking about it and scare some people that don't want it out. They don't have to lift a finger against you. They just tell you you look overtired and overworked and you need to take some time off then they bring in your replacements. That's what they did. Giving a man time to think about how imperiled he is works on a man's mind. They might as well have shot him.

Scary kinda reminds me of the Vince Foster suicide during The Clinton Administration. Was this a Suicide or a presidential rub out? That Rahm Emanuel scares me he could arrange something like that. Oh yeah if you don't see a post from me in over a week send someone to look for me!

  57. Ashrak says:

Do you mean – "The fraud that is government control over something that is supposed to be a private sector activity."

Does the phrase "he knew too much" play into your decision making at all? Is it worth considering?

    • yvondav says:

      >>Do you mean – "The fraud that is government control over something that is supposed to be a private sector activity." <<

Fannie and Freddie have always been quasi-govermental, not strictly private. And yes, I do mean "the fraud that is government control"

      >>Does the phrase "he knew too much" play into your decision making at all? Is it worth considering?<<

Of course! and Of course! But sometimes the simplest explanation is the correct one. Achem's Razor anyone?

Look, I haven't said I'm closed to the possibility this man was offed. What I'm saying is we need some facts to come to a conclusion. Maybe you have already heard those facts, but I haven't. Work keeps interfering with my need to know :-?

      • Ashrak says:

I would offer that the real situation is exposed in your words. We don't ever really get the facts. Not even in a court of law are all the facts allowed.

There was a time in my life that I would have considered a guilt ridden trance as the simplest explanation but as I grow what I consider to be the simplest answer changes. Cynical? Maybe. But I would argue that comes from the very real fact that everyday we are faced with making knowingly underinformed decisions. I doesn't have o be this way – all it takes is honesty to see that problem deleted. Wouldn''t ya say?

  58. Walt1 says:

How many people must die before we outlaw ropes?

    This does not smell right

    • CULATR says:

I get your sarcasm. We need to outlaw fiends in DC, not the ropes. Could this be a case of "Kill one scare the rest".

    • 77patriots says:

How many people must die before we outlaw ropes? GREAT one Walt 1 Great post ! so true we need a brady buch for ropes the Hemp protection act of 2009 .too funny!

  59. glg46 says:

    To all Conspiracy theorists
Just because a 16 year employee of the accounting dept, who was responsible for restating their profits up by 5 billion, promoted to controller and CFO commits suicide during an SEC and DOJ investigation into Freddie's accouinting practices is strictly a coincidence and should be ignored. Afterall, in and by itself, the fact that he had to answer to Barney Frank and Dodd is enough to drive anyone to suicide.

    • mariasampson says:

I think there is a lot more than meets the eye with this story. At the moment, I am only an Accounting major. However, I can say that investigations by the SEC and DOJ would be more than enough to drive an honest accountant to suicide…..especially if that accountant was being forced to be dishonest. From what I have read of Kellerman's history, he has been a part of the accounting department in of Freddie Mac since 1992 in a variety of capacities. That leads me to believe that he knows the inner workings of years of "creative" accounting.

The reason Barney Frank and Chris Dodd wouldn't be driven to suicide under the same pressure? They are not honest in any shape of the word…and I think they firmly believe that they are destined to simply get away with everything they've done.

    • Emmanuel was in the Clinton White house when Vince Foster "committed suicide".

Emmanuel was on the board of Freddy.

      Suicide?

      Yeah right!

    • sam97470 says:

A great big AMEN! my sentiments exactly……..I wouldn't put anything past those two

    • Have you seen The Obama Deception movie? Pass it around~> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eAaQNACwaLw

  60. yvondav says:

Until I hear otherwise from reliable sources, I have no reason to believe this is anything other than suicide. My background is in public accounting where I've seen and analyzed many balance sheets for "unbalanced" companies, individuals, and small governmental entities. Mr. Kellerman was in the position to see just how unbalanced Freddie actually is. As CFO he bore a heavy burden. I'm so sorry that he and his family are victims of the fraud that is Freddie Mac.

    • CULATR says:

all you gotta do to tip a potential whistleblower that might be a little dirty themselves is to give them a bunch of time to think about it and also fear for their livelihood. The idle time will work on your head and kill you. They might as well have gassed him.

  61. What is our government doing to people ? Good lord this poor family. I can name a couple of people who stole money from Freddie and Fannie but they are either still in the House and Senate or they are in the White house. They are making the banking problems into something it is not. Has anyone you know who has a job and good credit been turned away from a loan ? Our youngest just refinanced her home after remodling, our oldest just bought her first home. They had no problem. Other then trying to nationalize our banks I see no reason for all this hysteria.

  62. joe wagner says:

I am praying for his family…all politics aside, this is a complete tragedy. I hope the media doesn't go jamming cameras in his family's face, please allow them their privacy.

  63. Boopster says:

Tragic and sad my thoughts and prayers for his wife and daughter.

  64. pslwd says:

This is like the Clinton administration.

  65. floridaborn says:

I must say my first thought after hearing this was "we are going to find out now that the situation with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac is even worse than publicized". I guess we all feel now like we are just waiting on more hammers to fall concerning the banking/lending industry. So sad for his family.

  66. Dustyluv says:

I wouldn't be suprised if Barney Frank didn't tie the noose…

  67. TDCobra says:

Before we start looking for a conspiracy we need to remember Fannie & Freddie are fully & completely loved by the government & the move-on type protesters. You have not seen nor heard anything being said or done to these two government money laundering crooked companies & you won't as long as we have the likes of Barney Frank, Charlie Rangle, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi & many many others who feel it is their job to steal all they can from the harf working people to buy & pay for their staying in power.
I would be more apt to say yes he committed suicide because he could no longer stand by & steal from the people & knew he could not go public because he would then join Vince Foster in the park.

  68. Goober says:

It is a tragedy. I am so jaded by everything going on right now that my mind automatically goes to "something fishy goin on here" place. I cannot understand why a man that has a young family would do that and not even leave a note. Does not make sense. Who knows… Gosh I hate to be looking over my shoulder here in surreal world. May his family come through this and know that there is a lot of love going out to tham at this time.

  69. I am convinced that there are MILLIONS of Patriotic Defenders who are aware, but still remain silent.
We can NO longer remain silent! I am also convinced that We The People "Patriots" out number the kool-aid followers.

Faith doesn't get you around trouble, it gets you through it!
Our Founding Fathers gave us a gift, now it's time to show Honor – Defend our Constitution, Bill of Rights & Declaration of Independence!
(Entire message wouldn't go in one post!)

My prayers are with the Family of David Kellermann.

  70. Perhaps this is not the appropriate place to write this & my apologies to any one this offends:

The term suicide, is what Obama is forcing America to commit!
Like the Cult leader Jones that convinced his members to drink kool-aid laced with Poison, mass murder/suicide.
There are far too many supporters of his agenda both inside DC and throughout the Country that are drinking the kool-aid. With the radical steps, it's only a matter of "short" time before the Poison takes full effect.
Why do so many raise Obama above all?
"It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man." Psalms 118:8

I thought this was kind of interesting, just happened to come accross it….Not sure if it is actually true though….I'm not familiar with the source….but just something to have in the back of you mind.

    what do you think?

  72. GodHelpUsAll says:

I don't believe for one minute this was suicide. All the threats the govt. has given to people who didn't OBEY them. Look at the governors, and banks all across the Country who are threatened because they don't want government to control them. There's much about this that will will never know. My heart goes out to his family.

  73. Marine4EVR says:

First, my prayers and condolences go out to him and his family. But what really concerns me about this story is that there is no mention of a note. It is hard for me to believe that he didn't leave a note of explanation of "why."

    • liberty1225 says:

I saw photo's of grieving family members yesterday leaving the house yesterday and I realize just how much this man was LOVED by his family and friends. Which is why I would have thought he would have at least have left a note behind, apparenlty we may never know the truth behind this madness.

    • HOPE4all says:

Statistically, most folks do not leave a note when they commit sucide. And thus, the family never knows why.

  74. RobynTaylor says:

What a awful and sad time for his family. My thoughts and prayers go out to his loved ones. God bless his family and give them peace during this very hard time.

  75. I don't care who you may be, but I don't wish that upon anyone, controversial or not. His family is definitely in my prayers.

  76. suthin_man says:

Was it really a suicide or was he a victim of a plot to keep him from revealing something??I do give my condolences to his family.

  77. rcalogeroglo says:

    Accident, maybe!!!

  78. C_Marie says:

Oh what the family must be suffering, the shock, the grief, and then comes the rage. I pray that there are good counselors for this family to enable them to get through the roller coaster aftermath.

  79. viv2813 says:

I can't even imagine the pressure that Kellerman must have been living with! What I wonder also, is just how much he knew and about whom that now may never be revealed?

  80. Keywizard says:

My prayers go out to him and his family. What a tragedy.

  81. yvondav says:

Obviously you insist on being right no matter what. All I knew at the time I posted what I considered to be a heartfelt "gees it's sad it came to this" post is that the man was found hanged in his basement. Is it ok with you if I wait until I hear a little more information to decide? Probably not, so never mind.

  82. pjirishman says:

I am…I work as a Critical Incident Stress Debriefer…not sure if it helps but if it helps at least one person than I am happy. I don't want ANYONE to go through the crap I went through and is still going through. We need to unite and not be divided….we are ONE country, not two parties and that is what frustrates me. I did not post my suicide call for any sympathy although I appreciate what you said…very sincerely. I do counsel others but what they get out of it is up to them, not me. I just wish our country would stop our internal battle and focus on the real challenges and be ONE!!!!!

  83. TXTJ says:

WELL SAID!!! We are ONE country allowing ourselves to be divided by the one entity that should be uniting us. Easier said than done.

Thank you for the work you do for others. And, it is SO very true that what people get out of counseling is up to them. In my past positon I did much of it, it is worth it, like you said, even if only one person is helped.

  84. gsteinbacher says:

they are accountable to god…. to bad we won't be there to see the results

  85. Not in DC, on any Day.
