I can't believe people just go about their daily activities and don't get mad about this form of government hypocrisy. Only in America can a student get expelled for taking an aspirin in school, but get provided with a free government funded abortion. Why aren't the People standing up and SCREAMING at the government to keep their hands off of our children. They are our children, not theirs. Wasn't it the USSR that trained took kids from their parents to train them for the Olympics? How is this any less of an attempt of the government to train our kids to be the adults they want them to be?

OK first everyone step back on your notions of this pill and think of this, my kid can get kicked out of school for taking aspirin (zero tolerance), has to be 21 to buy cough syrup and cold medicine let alone prescription drugs. 18 for cigarettes, 21 for beer, 18 to get a tattoo, but to get their agenda through they will lower the age to 17 for this drug.

Refusing to research the TRUTH is what you are doing?

You refuse to research my comment any further than thinking you are being attacked. You can believe you know the truth, but not researching the actual truth will leave you just as ignorant as you think I am…

Telling me I am not abiding by something you believe to be MY principles is not going to be productive either. It is your opinion that I am here because I believe everything that you do… Opinions are like farts, everyone has one, and everyone else's stink.

If you truly wish to debate, you should try to debate, not kill me with a wall of text.

Keep demoralizing the nation and then comes the take over. Like Reagan said "freedom is only 1 generation away from extinction " Sad that the Government feels they can monitor and help our children better than the parent can. This is what it is all about Control and they are taking it and using it to diminish what this country was founded on.

Typically adults, (parents, doctors) with the 17 years medical history available determine what medications would interact with the child's heath and other medications. Who is doing this with the Plan B drug? I personally cannot take birth control because of medical reasons. Who is going to take responsibility when this child, and a 17 year old is a child, has a medical complication?

  8. fjj says:

I often wonder if topics like birth control and abortion are put forward intentionally by the left in order to split the ranks of the right.

    • Nicoli715 says:

I think it might be. They knew we wouldn't agree and that by speaking of emergency contraception abortion topics would pop up.

  9. mijowi says:

Taking responsiblity for ones decision is at the core of what is hap[pening in our great country. There are not enough people taking responsiblity for their bad decisions. When some one makes a bad decision in our country the government wants to step in and say it is ok we will take care of the problem and you will not have to worry.

It is time to start taking responsibility for you decisions right or wrong and deal with the consquences of your decisions.

  10. fjj says:

Now there's a statement that's hard to argue with.

  11. Ashrak says:

We could say that. I am glad you did and I make the choice to repeat it because of the validity such a statement contains in keeping with my basic principles. Well said Patriot2Opine.
