I too have stop watching 24 one of my favorite TV shows, if we all do it they will see their Nielsen ratings drop and we should also write to the producers of the show and tell them as long as she's in it we wont watch. Oh kind sir we have not yet become unhinged, yet. But when we do everyone in washington will roo the day that they tried to take our voices and our rights away from us. History is about to repeat itself if things do not change. I'm not advocating violence by any means but when you get backed into a corner and the pressure becomes too great the only choice you have is to fight. Isn't it some agencies of the government, engaging in money laundering operations by using AIG as a front for sending tax payer funding to other business's located not only in the United States but abroad as well?

I would liberally (no pun intended) estimate the sideliners to tea partiers to be about 1000 to 1 but that would also include good Christian conservatives or independents who just haven't quite woke up yet. I still have great faith that there are a whole lot more of us than there of THEM. But most of us have jobs and are busy being good parents and grandparents and just haven't been paying attention to the political realm as we should have been. But we are waking up and the more Obama does to destroy this country, the more we come awake!
The left is running scared and all they have for defense is to call us names and make us look stupid or trivialize us. Well, they sure have another thing coming! But we have got to get out there and bring more people into the fold. Little does the left know, everytime they open their mouths against us or everytime Obama does something new, they alienate more and more people from them and send them to us! I think the first thing we need to do in2010 and 2012 is vote every single incumbent out of office. If we can get rid of the entrenched establishment types we stand a better chance of breaking their tyrannical grip. I don't care how good we think "our" guy is, if he or she has been there for more than two terms they need to go. We need to take the tea party to the ballot box. This past Monday, I believe that was the day, Bill O'Reilly was speaking about the CEO of General Electric and the connection with NBC. He decided to show his viewing audience a taped diatribe from Jeanne Garafalo that NBC ran. Mr. O'Reilly had initially decided not to show the tape but changed his mind over the weekend. I am so glad he did! Miss Garafalo spilled forth her vile claiming that the Tea Parties where all about hating a black man (Obama) and that it was a right wing conspiracy because of they (the Tea Parties) were against a black man as president. Also that those in attendence were all rednecks! Imagine that!
I would love to ask Miss Garafalo upon what facts and information she is basing her opinion on but I doubt if she would be able to cite any facts much less actually answer the question.

What's got me feeling "unhinged" is the Obama administration's sprint towards Socialism! Yes, we've got their attention, and yes, I believe that our Tea Parties have them scared to death. They will do anything they feel necassary to stop this movement… calling us names is just the beginning. Whether you are thinking about secession or not, I strongly urge everyone to read "The 5000 Year Leap". I feel like I just found the second greatest treasure imaginable: the Constitution of the United States. The point to this post is that we should all know what we lost (not losing) and question why we were not taught this in school. The other side can question and attack our tea parties. They have no idea what this country truly stands for and why it is a miracle. They also don't know what the founding fathers knew: why the Constitution was the second greatest treasure and not the first.

In light of the coverage of the April 15 tea party by the main-stream liberal media, or lack thereof, my vision is this: 10 MILLION CITIZEN MARCH on Washington on July 4, 2009! Americans of all ages, races, social classes, disabled and able-bodied, freely and peacefully coming together in our Nation's Capitol, arm in arm, singing patriotic songs, reverently honoring National Monuments, thanking God the Father for our creation and for our Republic.
Our wonderful, creative signs (as it was on April 15) reflecting our frustrations, our heartbreaks, at the direction our government is taking us at breakneck speed hoping no one of consequence will notice or persistently contest. One year ago I would never have believed this vision was possible, or needed, but here I am…believing! Let them see us all, those in their prime, the elderly, the rich, the poor and the middle class represented and then let them call us an "unhinged mob," all of us who work for our families, pay our own way, and NEVER FAIL TO VOTE! I know my vision is hokey, but it's realistic. Oh… and if Ted Nugent would be there to play guitar, my life is complete!

To wrap your mind around it without giving into its temptation, now that is where you must conquer, where the others against the conquerer have not. Knowledge is tempting! You must use it to serve Liberty and not envy. That's why it is said that it is easier for a camel to fit through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to get into heaven. Because it is much, much harder to become rich serving Liberty, but I for one would rather have the knowledge and choose not to use it for envy.
Well if I had my choice I would say that my current and former government made me unhinged, a terrorist or whatever else they wish to call me. But at least I have morals and I stick to them. Not shifting from one position to the next according to which way the wind was blowing out of the left.

If we continue to involve ourselves in those arguments…we are all screwed…right to the wall we have helped the "powers that be", build for us. This mess we are in, is not a partisan issue…it's a human issue. I noticed the same thing – no trash left behind. No litter, no discarded signs, no trampled landscaping…. the only thing the city sanitation crews had to do was empty the garbage cans.
Would be a wonderful sight. But I think most blacks will not come. They are to blinded by the liberal media and a African president. Frankly I think this is one of the saddest points. In my opinion the Democratic party has for years kept the minority in a hole with welfare and a social agenda to keep the average black in crime and poverty. Instead of being encourage to grasp at the American dream the democrats have taught most blacks that they need to be handed the American dream.
I agree with your statement. I also believe there are many blacks who are Constitutional patriots and aren't blinded by the liberal media and an African president. Or at least they are beginning to recognize the hypocrisy of so many politicians that need to be replaced with those who will honor the Constitution they pledge to uphold.

We caught them by surpaise, we have been quiet for too long and now that we are finally organizing and speaking up they don't know what to do & with TASS on their side, they are trying to minimize us.
I also believe in the 90's Clinton launched a secret satelite, and as it orbits it beams BOZO rays, and I think theleft has realized that there are some people it doesn't effect, in fact I lost my taste for Kool Aid.

We did catch them by surprise and they are worried. But , when you have a spokesperson like this guy and Garofulo how can you be anything but scared. We need to make sure that they stay scared. The fact that all of these parties were peaceful also bothers them. They can't picture that may "bubbas" in one place with out violence. They also are having a credibility problem, people have begun to see thru the bs and say wtf? is going on.
Basic tactics, surpaise, attack and keep attacking. As you said, we caught them by surpaise, noe we have to continue attacking. Letters, emails: can you guess what would happen if everyone on 912 decided to email congress at one time. We each have 1 rep and 2 senators. that's 3 emails per person. Just think 3 times 577,000 plus. Same with letters. Phone calls, we could melt the lines. Another thing we can do is counter demenostrate, if there is an ACORN, rent a mob, going to do a march or demenostration in your city, counter demenostrate. This isn't really new, the \”silent\” majority counter marched in the 60's, a lot were construction workers. We need to keep moving forward. If don't then we WILL be just right wing kooks, as TASS describes.

I for the life of me can't find the original comment stream. Darn controls don't actually take you to the comments. What I was saying is that the government will plant that material on your computer. Like cops suddenly "finding" drugs in your car. When you say "bring it on", I am saying they can take you out with nasty methods.
As I said, let them try, I have a number of controls and scans on my computer, plus the big plus, I have a damn good reputation, people know me including a lot of the police in the city, in fact I have 2 living down the block from me. Frankly, I still have a little faith that the American citzens will prevent any thing like this ever happening.
I had to jump to the top of the comment stream. It wouldn’t let me post in our discussion. I’m just very untrusting. I was fired last year because of my health and because I refused to cut corners while testing defensive avionics software that is being loaded on helicopters flying in the mountains of Afghanistan. To do this management lied through their teeth making me out to be a complete incompetent. I have an MSM and three Air Force Commendation Medals and then I graduated with honors from college. I go to this company and I’m a poor performer. Mainly because I held managements feet to the fire about quality. I did the right thing; my co-workers know I was railroaded. No difference.
I have seen many good people taken out by evil people. I know computers and the government can put something on your computer any time they want. Or they can make your pension go away, create a file that says you have a criminal record. Anything they want to do. These people are evil and will do this kind of thing. We have to be ready.

Its sad that someone stands up for the right thing and gets knocked down, yet there are people (congress) that does worst and keeps their jobs. Hang in there, God does look out for those that do do right, one door closes, but another door will open, it may not be as soon as you hope, but it will open.
That's exactly right, they are freightened because the sleeping giant has finally awaken. They are doing everything possible to discredit the tea parties calling us extremist, red necks tea baggers, bigots, racists, as that moron jeanene Garafola accused us of being ignorant as to what the tea party stands for and implied that we have a rain disorder. But, we shall prevail! the next tea party will definetly rot their socks….And it will be a big one.
In the mean time we have to flood congress with snail mail, emails and phone calls. I said it once and I'll keep saying it, can you guess what would happen if we all emailed congress at the same time on the same day?

I found I can live on my pension and can now spend full time fighting the tyranny that the progressives are trying to inflict on this country. 14 of my 20 years were spent teaching as a master instructor. I have good public speaking skills because of it. My current work is to learn as much about the founding fathers as I can, read all Glenn’s book recommendations, turn that knowledge into lesson plans, and start to teach how remarkable our country is. So you are correct. A door opened and I have the skill set needed to play my part. Somehow I feel my life has been preparation for now.
Try to talk to the youth groups, scouts, etc. Try to get into town meetings, try to help your local politician, that you trust. God gave you a gift, now get out there and use it. I spent 3 years as a platform instructor, I have been known to give a a fairly good talk also, I work, but I'm going to see what I can do, in the mean time, I'll continue writing and reading, helping where I can.
The communists are briefly running the asylum but they will soon burn themselves. There are just no enough of them that have a moral or ethical compass. They are inconsistent with mainstream American values and ideals..

Look, we all know what is coming. They are purposely trying to anger and bate us. They would love to turn us into a violent mob so they can declare martial law, throw some of us in jail – to quiet the rest. If we continue to be peaceful and law abiding we make them look bad. So lets take all their name calling in stride, look where it is coming from, stay focused on our course of action. Everytime there is a news story like this we should channel our anger into positive action to get rid of these people from our government! We have something that they will never have – common sense and a strong will.

Absolutely! As much as I would like to get riled up and get in their faces, what you describe is the best way to go. I've thought about the sufferage movement, and all the crap they went through, but for the most part they stayed the course, and now women can vote!

Me too, and it is a waste of time and energy. It is also what they want ! They think that we are a bunch of brainless boobs with guns. That is why I thought to myself, every day they are coming up with several assaults to our freedom and I get all worked up, and tire myself out with anger and frustration from their attack. So I am not going there, I am staying the course. Instead I am busy getting myslf pumped to change the wayward path of our government. I hope that the get everything they deserve, they have it coming.
