This theory could be quite possible, but most people will not believe it so you cannot go off the deep end with this stuff. Glenn and other prominent public figures may know about this, but they cannot come out in support of the theories espoused by Jones or they destroy their credibility and the credibility of everyone associated with this movement. You have to use all conventional means of fighting against the hijacking of our government and the blatant disregard for the constitution. You need absolute proof of any conspiracies or you will be labeled as a wacko. Absolute proof has not been presented, but a lot of compelling consequential evidence has been. You can't convict on consequential evidence.. so you have to fight on conventional terms only. Besides, "proof" is very hard to establish in anything but mathematics, physics and logic.
I sympathize, but that, I am afraid, is the reality. You can't get people to take that big a leap of consciousness in one step.

The failings of so many companies and the rampant financial scams coming to light should be evidence enough that the Government does not have the capacity to handle the current powers they have over financial institutions. The Securities and Exchange Commission has admitted that being underfunded may have added to the difficulties.
There is no Constitutional basis for the Treasury to even be asking for this authority. Financial institutions and other companies will simply find other legal ways to wiggle free of controls and regulations. With the fear of seizure from the Federal Government, they may just wiggle out of the country.
The Government does not need more control to save companies. Companies need more control to save themselves. Please encourage your Representatives and Senators to keep this proposal from becoming mroe than a proposal.

But if everyone is working for the government, that problem would be solved. A nation of indentured servants working for the good of the nation. Dang, I thought we beat the red menace years ago. You're probablyt right, unless we can build enough pressure to embarass Congressmen to co-sponsor the bill. Imagine what would happen if Glenn began to run a list of co-sponsors every few days to show who has and has not pledged to co-sponsors this effort to support the Constitution. I'd like to see some of the replies from Congressmen who refuse to co-sponsor publicized. This kid of pressure can do wonders. Focused on the two committee chairs, this pressure could also bring the bill to the floor, or put the committee chairs into a real hot seat.
Obama, and his comical sidekick Tim 'The Toolman" Geithner are so far to the left with their radical theology that we may call the what they are, and that is the Socialist Democratic party, the same party that Adolf Hitler and his Third Reich belonged to in the 1930's. You know what he accomplished during his time in power. Because of Hitler, there were more than of 60 Million people killed during World War II to fill his warped legacy in the world. In modern times, here comes Obama with Ideas that will match or exceed that of Adolf Hitler!
Do you want to see how free you really are, head to Washington DC to protest like MLK did, see if you are allowed across the bridge when it's the 70's civil rights activists that are now in charge. Me, I am just an angry white man who hates what they have done to my country, all of them. They wait another few years and the rest of us proud vets will be gone and then they will move it all to Europe by promising the many the fruits of the few. Whatever!
This whole country has been PC'ed into the girlyman syndrome. Our fathers who fought to free the whole of this planet vintage WW2 are turning over in their graves. My old man used to tell me "if you don't like what that guy is doing, get up and tell him to stop, if he doesn't, then you stop him, if not sit down and shut up."
So here we are today, we are gonna beat them to death with our words, send then gifts they never see, become a joke for Leno on the Tonight Show ! Obama laughed in your face Sunday and what do we do, talk ! You're right idahodave. Your Dad was right too. While these politicians are quickly making change as promised, over 50% of Amercan voters are at the mall, watching Family Guy or playing X-Box. When they see us on TV at a tea party or some such gathering we will be called radicals not fit to live in this society they have created. As I have told my friends, I was born a generation too late.
